Wednesday Night Country Music

Recommended by locals for a fun Wednesday night and didn't disappoint. The owner plays in the band and they do a decent job of getting the crowd tapping their toes. We ordered appetizers all night and the waitress did a great job of taking care of us. The margaritas went down easy, but the band... read more

We discovered this place on the way back from Key West. They specialize in what they called "Hog Handles". We truly aren't sure what part of the pig this is, but, they were AMAZING!! Our table was literally 3 feet from the water and the view was beautiful. We went there for a quick lunch and ended up staying for... More

We were given 2 gift certificates, locals from Marathon, we were treated SO HORRIBLY we never returned. When Eric & Kim Stone first wanted to open Dockside they did a "fund me" type "program", they raised tons of money to fix up & open. Now after bad management, hubris, and treating locals badly (local reputation is all negative) they want... More

Was told about their happy hour from 3 to 6 half price food and drinks. Well we decided to go. We sat at the high tops next to the bar and after sitting there for 10 minutes the very rude bartender yells from the bar what do you want. My friend asked for patron and was told that they don't... On the water with a decent view. I ordered the jamican jerk wings. Absolutely the best wings I have ever had. The chef came out to make sure I liked the wings. The waitress was very polite and checked several times to make sure everything was ok.

If you can get a drink and food it's never consistent prices for drink varies and size of servings also vary. Have tired to go back but each time it's almost impossible to get a drink in 1/2 hour. Great music but acoustics are horrible and you can't hear anything else. What a shame great location.

Came here for lunch, the menu is small (mostly sandwiches and appetizers), but the food was good and the service was great. Parking across the road provided some shade from the FL heat. Nicely equipped bar and a stage for live music. The restaurant overlooks the anchorage, and can be accessed by small boat or dinghy.

I suggest that anyone that has had a bad experience go back and try Dockside again. The restaurant side of the business has new management and the food has been great. They are on a limited menu while a new menu is developed. The hog handles are still on the menu and they are still awesome. Eric continues to keep... More

We found ourselves at this place thanks to a deal on Restaurant.com, otherwise we never would have known this gem existed! It's a great little open-air place with water views, and a non-tourist flair. The menu is limited, but I actually prefer that since it's hard to choose from many options. I had the pulled pork sandwich. It was great,... More

Lemonade from scratch. Excellent wait staff. Boys had sliders and homemade chips very good. Hubby had the fish sandwich, excellent. Salad was light and a great house lime cilantro vinaigrette and homemade croutons. Excellent onion rings. Great atmosphere and view.
