We had dinner on the breezeway, very nice view of the ocean and channel, with fishing fleet at Whale harbor. Food was very good – everyone had some form of mahi-mahi. I had the tropical salad and the dressing was very light and tasty/fresh, fish grilled and seasoned well. Server Patrick was personable and friendly. Sunset was behind us. Walked... More

We ate here a couple times. We liked the view from the bar looking out to the marina and ocean. We ordered peel and eat shrimp, crab and oysters. Drinks were good, but had a hefty price. Good amount of food for the price. We enjoyed walking around the charter boats after eating and seeing what they brought in for... More

My boyfriend and I had dinner here on our recent trip to the keys. We started off with conch fritters. I had the yellowtail snapper blackened and he had the mahi tacos. We both loved our meals. The fish was fresh and flavorful. The conch fritters were some of the best I've had with big chunks of conch and vegetables.... More

I have dined here on a number of occasions and love their shrimp sandwiches and soups, the food is always good. This would be one of the top places to eat in islamorada if it wasn't for the service, they really take their time, they almost never check in on you after you receive your meal and you have to... We ate and dined at wahoo during our latest trip to the Florida Keys. The food was surprisingly good and they had a few very nice salads which was well received by us Europeans after so much fried, fatty food. Definitively worth going if you are in the area

The steak was bloody when I wanted medium well, the lobster was old ,the vegetables hard, the drinks weak, had to wait a long time to get service even when it was almost empty and the way overpriced.

There was a ridiculously long wait. They said the kitchen was backed up. Wings were good. This is a good pace to go to watch the fishing boats coming in. Just be prepared to wait over an hour to order food.

Our family was staying next door and so we had the opportunity to eat at Wahoos twice during our stay. The food was excellent as my wife said it was the best hamburger she ever had. I had the bucket of bait for 20 dollars and it was delicious.

My family and I had spent a day at the beach and were looking for a place to eat. Fortunately, we stumbled upon Wahoo's. The food was tremendous and the lively atmosphere provided us an evening full of laughs. I particularly loved the conch chowder and the cracked conch sandwich. Loosen your belt and ask for some extra sauce!!

As noted the soup was excellent. Husband had blackened yellow snapper which he enjoyed. I had a combination platter which was good. The menu was a bit limited, lots of fried foods and salads. Portions were fine. Service was excellent. A bit pricier than in Key Largo, but heck it's the mid-keys so understandable. Outstanding view of marina and water.
