Super Asian fusion menu

Great service, fantastic varied menu, both sushi and Asian fusion fish. Lovely setting outdoors. Reasonably priced and within walking distance of the Guy Harvey resort.

I ate here in 2014 and really liked it. This year my wood grilled triple tail was over salted and over cooked. Brussel sprouts were supposed to be wood grilled but were not.

Very fresh. Large portions for a sushi place I thought. Nigri plate was very good. Rolls were very good and generous. My non sushi girl loved her steak

Very very good. Sushi was outstanding. L and I had 4 different rolls (2 each) which we only finished with assistance from G and C. C had chefs choice sashimi which was excellent. G doesn't like sushi ( but she ate the snow crab topping my roll !) and had a filet mignon which she said was awesome. Cooked perfectly.... More

This place is good. If we would have came here for anything other than sushi it would be a different review. The sushi was awesome!!! We a big sushi fans. Quality and presentation were great it was just over priced in our opinion? That was the ONLY negative thing about this place.

I suppose I take it for granted that Kaiyo is one of Islamorada's finest offerings when it comes to cuisine. As a local, I've been known to frequent this eatery in the off season at least once a week. In season-good luck getting a table without a reservation-even if you 'know someone.' The atmosphere is incredible with beautiful mosaics and... More

They cooked our freshly caught yellow Tail snapper - Wood Fire Grilled - it was excellent! The sushi was outstanding, the key lime tower dessert very good too!

This place is fantastic! It sounds like it could be only sushi but it offers so much more! I think it should be described as island fusion. Many choices of land or sea. We had the scallops which were the best we have ever had! For dessert, we had their key lime parfait and it was incredible!

We had a great time at Kaiyo! They appeared a bit stand offish at first but loosened up after we got settled. We ordered a bottle of wine, the mussels and clams and the smoke wahoo dip to get started. Wow, that dip! It is the most amazing twist on the otherwise ordinary dip. It's spicy but I love spicy!...
