Absolute worst place I've ever been to my life. Service was terrible food was terrible everything was terrible. Muffins were about three years old the coffee was weak and the servers were busy with themselves. I can't say I ever have worst coffee anywhere. Everyone working there must've been having a bad day. I know we did, once we stopped... More

Stopped here for a quick cup of coffee on our way to Key West and ended up having an amazing breakfast AND great coffee. The cafe itself is adorable. The service was fast and friendly. Apparently it's a mother/daughter team but you can't tell who is who. They are both young and beautiful. I think mom made the food and... More

First, the decor is like eye candy -- bright and cheerful, lots to look at. The staff was very friendly and clearly loved working there. Yummy breakfasts and smoothies. Discovered the Midway Cafe on our second morning and returned the next day with a friend. That was all the time we had this trip, otherwise we would have gone again.... More

I loved this spot! Small, quaint, with good quality food. Marginal service, but the restaurant was so unique that it is worth visiting again, and again, and again. :-)

My only fear writing this review is that the next time I go I will have wait for this great food. The service was pleasant and obviously family run. All the food our four dinners had was excellent - all had a different breakfast dish. We left with bakery goods to go. Enjoy with your family or friend.

Great spot to grab a coffee and muffin or full breakfast. Friendly people and a clean restaurant with character.

We stop here every year on our way down to Key West. The food quality is excellent and the staff super friendly. Their key lime pie is very good but the tart is better. Their specialty coffee is delicious and food is fresh and vegitarian friendly.

We stopped there on our way to the seven mile bridge. The place look "quaint" from outside. Its a cute little cafe. Too bad there is no waitress service here. My food wasnt that great. I ordered an omelette with caramelised onion. I got an an omelette with soggy very white oinion ? my small capuccino cost me $3.75 .... More

A must stop for breakfast. My go to, a cup of joe and a muffin... Any muffin will do as they're all delicious! My favorite, the Maccachino or something like that. It's those chocolate chips!

We had driven by here on previous trips to Keys but had never stopped. This time we stayed within a short bike ride and decided to give it a try. So glad we did - the staff are friendly, the food delicious and the décor is charming. Midway Café has the charm "boutique" cafes in large cities try, and fail,... More
