My wife and I ate here tonight. I followed Zagat's recommendation and had Shrimp & Grits. Outstanding. The music was best I believe have heard at any outdoor restaurant (I Land Vibes). The Island Grill is a charming little joint oceanside. The food was great, the staff was very friendly and the musician was excellent. We always save a night for the Island Grill! It's not fancy from street-side, but don't judge this book by it's cover! more
