Went to the 'full moon party' in june - way expensive at $20 per person, including my 2 kids, didn't include anything but music & campfire - drinks were expensive, food was ok. They wouldn't let us into the restaurant (we were thinking of dining there another night) & had dozens of security guards around - for what? Save your... more

Heaven! To say the least. You eat right on the beach. The palm trees provide you with shade. Their 32oz. punch was great. My husband had the mojito which was equally great! We had the Calamari and Shrimp as an appetizer and it was very good. My husband had the grouper! Amazing!! The flavor of the fish was outstanding. I... more

After a wonderful day on the water it was tough to top it off but the staff the view and the quality of the food made it all happen at Moraday bay. The restaurant is on the bay so the day spectacle just carried on... We had a sunrise on the Boat and got the best sunset possible on land.... more

We ate here three times and had two great meals and one good meal. The service was consistently good and the atmosphere here is geat. It is so nice to sit on the beach and watch the sunset! We didn't have any issue with children on the beach, there were some kids milling around but they weren't intrusive at all.... more

Morada bay definitely has that wow effect...I have eaten there on 2 occasions, first time the food was amazing, 2nd time it was good but not like the first...sitting outside in the sand sipping on yummy mojitos is worth the trip regardless... You can also capture some great pictures here...the setting is really spectacular! more

As a life-long resident of the Florida Keys, I've learned that the economy here now depends totally on the almighty tourist dollar. And with that goes the need for all businesses/ restaurants to be competitive and innovative in order to survive. In my sixty-plus years here, I've seen many come and go. Some, I've hated to see fail. And others,... more

Need I say more? One more thing: Lots of kids running around in the sand, so if you have kids this will keep them busy. If you don't have kids, I'd go somewhere else. more

Well, the main feature is the view. Tables on the beach with live music and magnificent views. Wonderful sunsets. The food was very good as well. We ordered off of a tapas type menu. The conch fritters were served with a curry mustard sauce that was wonderful. I would consider this a must do for Isla Morada dining. It is... more

We ate at Morada Bay on the last night of our annual vacation in Islamorada. We had a wonderful table for viewing the sunset. The atmosphere was wonderful. Tables are spread out. The food was wonderful! We loved the ceviche, scallops w/ risotto and fish with pesto cream sauce. Of course the key lime pie was fabulous! Morada Bay is... more
