Hard to get in and they do not take reservations. Amazing food, sometimes live music and the best sunset dinner ever. If you are in the Keys, I recommend stopping for supper here.

Beautiful, casual setting. Colorful wooden tables, kerosene lanterns on the tables, patio heaters on the porch; camp string lights, overlooking the wide sandy beach. Freshly prepared local food. Had the grouper special (get it coconut encrusted!), conch fritters and flash fried brussels sprouts. Those sprouts were amazing - a must try! The in house made key lime pie was also... More

Of course, it is best to go to Morada Bay before sunset, to enjoy the spectacle and warm bay-side breezes. After a long day of various activities, we went post-sunset on a rather chilly evening. It was still quite good. Coconut crusted snapper was fresh and delicious. Mussels with chorizo nicely balanced. Salad with grilled fish simple and fresh. Drinks... More

As usual this place did not disappoint. My husband & I had lunch and shared a plate of coconut encrusted yellowtail snapper served over coconut rice ( their specialty) and fresh broccoli. Absolutely delicious!!! We sat in the sun on the bay and enjoyed every minute of our visit! Don't miss this place when in the Keys!

Morada Bay is a property with 2 restaurants. One is Pierre's which is an upscale dinner place. The other one is Beach Cafe with some tables inside and several outside by the sand and balcony. We went to Beach Cafe with 4 adults and 2 kids. The food was very good and the sitting area very casual and just like... More

Dining outside under the palm trees, ambient lighting from the tiki torches, and live music playing the background....

For years not many restaurants in the keys had a full sandy beach to dine on. More are doing it NOW but this place was the first. It's been open over 10 years now and it never disappoints. The menu is fun and eclectic. Chips and salsa and an olive tapenade used to come complimentary but I think that's changed.... More

Rating of 5 is relative to other restaurants we tried. Its a very Nice place. Beautiful view. The food is good for the money. Better than much Else we tried. Book a place. Service was a bit below average (waiter seemed somewhat off). We would come back anytime. Snapper and calamares was delucious.

The food was great! We saved this place to the last night for special evening of family fun in 2015. We watched the sunset and enjoyed the setting with tables outside. Made particularly special as it was recommended by a local friend who is an artist in Key West. Planning on once again saving it for our last night in... More
