After sloshing through the parking lot I was disappointed with the ambiance inside as well. I felt like a place with the history of this place should show a little more pride of ownership and make me feel more like I'm in the Keys instead of a backwoods bar.

We normally come to smuglers every year and last night was the worst service we have ever had. The girl took 20 minutes to bring our party our drinks and when asked if we could get our drinks she had the worst attitude then the whole night she was being a smart allic to us. Unbelievable. We will never go... More

This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to in the Florida Keys. The fish sandwich was frozen and tasted like it had freezer burn, the burgers were greasy and overcooked and the teriyaki wings were like someone took average wings and submerged them in the cheapest teriyaki sauce they could find. The menu was not even close to... More

This is one of our favorite places to visit after a day on the boat for happy hour, drinks, or an early dinner. We came several times during the month. The service was hit or miss. We didn't have the same server any of the times we came. One was friendly but the food was very slow coming out and... More

My buddy and I stopped here on our way to Key West. Don't be thrown off by the outside appearance of this restaurant, the food and service will exceed your expectations! The staff is friendly and laid back, truly reflective of "island living". Unfortunately I am allergic to seafood which Bryan (fantastic server) advised was all fresh caught and filleted... More

We brought our own fish in to cook. It was prepared wonderfully and the sides were also well done. The key lime pie was one of the best pieces of pie I've ever had.

This is situated on the south side of Rt 1 right at Snake Creek. Plenty of parking and seating. Kareoke night very crowded with locals who apparently go from bar to bar to sing their favorite songs. Food good. Pearl was extremely attentive and gracious despite the crowds.

Great food and music. Staff was all very nice. Sitting outside near the boat docks was a nice relaxing place. Enjoyed our meal and the relaxation.

Stopped in for lunch around 1. We arrived after the lunch rush as most tables were wrapping up. We ordered our lunch ( a burger and fish sandwich) and about 45 minutes later still no sign of food. A table was seated beside us and they got their appetizer within a few minutes. After an hour we asked our waitress... More
