This restaurant is great for families traveling in the Keys, but works nicely for others as well. From the gift shop, to the bar, and the friendly staff. A meal here will leave a smile on your face.

We saw the Green Turtle Inn on Trip Adviser and thought we would give it a try. The breakfast menu was extensive and it was hard to decide what to have. I had the eggs Benedict which was huge and delicious. The coffee tasted wonderful with constant refills. The waitress was really friendly as were all the staff. Great value... More

15 years ago this was a great restaurant. Not any more. Way overpriced for the drinks and mediocre food. My companion ordered a scotch on the rocks and was charged $9 for the scotch and $2 for the rocks. $2 for ice????? You have to be kidding me! I ordered a glass of wine for $10 from the menu and... I came here with my wife for one reason only. The triple tail. I've been here years before and had an excellent grouper meal. We had many other restaurants booked for the week but had to make space for this one. We are so glad we did. I wanted to step outside the comfort level of grouper and mahi this... More

Stopped for breakfast on our way to Key West. Sat at the bar and had some breakfast beverages, like a beer and a mimosa! I had the coconut french toast. It was pretty good but not amazing, I would have enjoyed more coconut. The atmosphere was nice, laid back but fun even though it was still morning-ish. The service was... More

the food is so good, waitress attentive and helpful. Don't pass on the Mac n cheese with lobster or the turtle soup.

Last visited the Green Turtle over 20 years ago. The building is spacious, houses an attached wine and liquor store and a upscale clothing and fishing gear store. Definitely not the local eatery we first visited over 50 years ago, BUT fun place to have a meal. The bar staff, servers, hostess were polite , well-trained and helpful. My wife... More
