We ordered the grouper special and shared with the wife. The fish was really good. Don't be fooled by where it is. It's a short ride in a taxi but worth it.

It is a ten minutes drive to come here from the old town of Key West. The atmosphere is a bit like in Bali. You are sitting under a roof and no windows in the building.....coool. The service was great and the kitchen was very good. Fish, Hamburger, carebean food....we tried a lot and it was great. Thank you very... More

This place was definitely off the beaten path! At a marina on Stock Island, we sat outside with a quiet view of the boats docked in the marina. The menu was mostly fish and was fresh! Had the hogfish sandwich on cuban bread. A little too much bread for me but the blackened fish was flavorful and tender!

Very crowded place to eat -- just outside of Key West in Stock Island. Hard to find to watch for the signs. All tables are outside and was very hot (even for being on the water - no breeze). We had to sit at a higher table or wait 20 minutes - this was a little uncomfortable to sit at.... More

A little hard to find but worth the trip. The Hog fish was great and the Pink shrimp we took home. was great too. Mostly locals and we were over dressed. Live music on weekends. Good place.

I'd read an article praising this restaurant and we really made an effort to find it! It's out of the way, but worth tracking down! The food was great and our waitress really friendly and helpful. I tried the grilled Hogfish with scallops - delicious! We all enjoyed our meals but the Key Lime Pie was the best I've ever... More

All the locals we spoke to mentioned this place. Very glad we took their advice. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was great. Its hard to describe the atmosphere. Seeing this place for yourself is the only way.

The Hogfish restaurant - located off the beaten path in Key West - is worth the trip when you are in the Keys. We went for lunch and all the meals were under 20. The Conch Fritters was our appetizer and they were excellent!! We each had different entrees and they were all very good. We sat outside (the restaurant... More

Enjoyed a family dinner on the dock. Service fast and friendly. Food was great. Had the classic hogfish sandwich which was excellent. The wife and kids enjoyed their food also. Kids enjoyed feeding the fish in the marina parts of their dinner. They also liked the chickens roaming around. Area had an old real keys vibe. Will definitely return next... More

Drove out to Stock Is. for the famous hogfish sandwich and was not disappointed. My wife and I share it as it was enough for two. Nice service....we would go back.
