Horribly salty for 4 of 5 entrees. To the point that three were inedible. Service was not tragic, but definitely not the smiling charm and easy-going hospitality our group found at vitually every other location on the island. This is definitely a place that generates customers solely from the volume of foot traffic on Duval.

The srevice from entering til leaving was TERRIBLE. The food looked and tasted as bad. I had a chimmichunga that tasted like tuna, took awhile to figure out what exactly I was eating. The 18% gratuity they so kindley tack on for you shows that you probably wouldn't leave a tip if they didn't. Our waitress was really unfriendly and... More

Food was just ok. One dish was soooo spicy you couldn't stand it.

Walked by Old Town Mexican Cafe while in the mood for a good guacamole and decided to take a chance even though I hadn't read reviews for this restaurant. Ended up being a great start to a fun filled evening in Key West. The salsa and chips that are served upon sitting down were both good and the guacamole that... More

We were in Key west for our honeymoon and we ended up eating here 3 nights. The food was really tasty and freshly cooked, and I had shrimp every night as it was so fresh and delicious, even tastier than the shrimp i had in seafood restaurants! The service was quick and friendly too - all in all a great... More

We were in Key West with a large group (16 people) and choose this restaurant because of it's patio seating and the fact that they said they could accommodate a party our size. After we were seated, but before we ordered, we asked to have separate checks. We were four families and wanted to order as families to keep things... More

We had a very good meal here! The chips and salsa were very good and that is a big plus for us. The shrimp fajitas were excellent, so flavorful! The chicken burrito was good, but don't get spicy if you can't handle it, very spicy! We enjoyed our meal here! The service was great!

Definitely not authentic Mexican food. Service was pretty bad too. The waiter was very unhelpful and couldn't explain the plates, was very rude, and seemed like he was in a rush all the time. He didn't even bring the check to the table, he had another customer bring it to us since our table was on her way back from... More

We enjoyed sitting outside soaking up the breeze and having cocktails with the chips and dip. It was a nice place to enjoy lunch. I would recommend it and the portions are huge! Share a plate!

It took the waiter 10 minutes to even hand us a menu. We felt sorry for him because he was waiting on the whole restaurant by himself. I ordered old fashioned nachos and they had shredded cheese on them that was about an inch thick and were so greasy! Blah! It was something I could have made at home in... More
