It's too much in the bar area and when you have kids it's just not where I'd want to be. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. Tried and wouldn't waste the time and money again.

We sat at a table near the bar and the table and chairs were sticky. I'll assume humidity, salt air and frozen drinks the culprit. The service was slow but friendly and heck we were on "Island Time", the location was great for people watching on Duvall. The pecan crusted mahi was fresh and buttery and the lime sunset sauce... This place is the definition of a tourist trap. Total garbage. Horrible staff. The bartenders are less than pathetic. This is the Applebee's of Key West. My grouper sandwich was not grouper. Do not believe them, it's probably bassa or something but it isn't grouper. Servers are horrible, bartenders are pathetic, managers are useless, and the food is ok...but it... More

After watching the finals at the Hemingway look-alike contest we wandered on down the street to Fogarty’s and had dinner. We sat inside as it was so hot out, even with the overhead misters running it was just too hot. The atmosphere inside was quaint and old and the food was really good. I’ve been to a lot of places... The food here is amazing. We have eaten here several times during our stay in Key West - I have to say tonight I was disappointed. Our server brought our entrees while we were still eating our apetizers. I would expect a place like this to go and re-cook but the food was just dumped on the table to get... More

Restaurant is located right on Duval Street and is a good place to stop for lunch or dinner on a way to Mallory square. Food is excellent. We had dolphin fish sandwich and it tasted awesome. If you ask they will make it on bread instead of bun - it tastes even better and it fits in your mouth. They... More

The service was way too slow and then when we did get our food the order was messed up. The frozen drinks are expensive and it's because they come in a "souvenir cup" which no one wants. Wouldn't go back.

First, let me say that I am usually a positive reviewer and my profile on TripAdvisor can confirm it, with very few bad or negative reviews.... We had three diners at Fogarty's... two on a previous trip to Key West and one on this trip. The two first time, I would have rated this place Excellent. This trip, unfortunately it... More
