Had the conch fritters and was disappointed, more batter the conch. My partner had the seafood platter and it was not that good either. The fish did not seem to be fresh and again a lot of batter not enough seafood, also some of it was not fully cooked. The sides came in little plastic containers with lid and they... More

Usually come here once a year for lunch, though haven't been in 2. Always order the same things. Conch in conch salad is still very fresh but there is now an overly sweet heavy sauce on it, tastes a bit like a salad dressing. Conch chowder had too much of a tomato flavor, too much acid, and way too many... More

Eating out is expensive in Key West, so Happy Hour is the way to go, and Alonzo's is by far the best we tried. The Grilled Oysters, parmesan, buffalo and spinach, were amazing as was the shrimp and the calamari. Drinks were good with a good variety. Fun happy hour!

The best deal for happy hour, no doubt! Half off all drink, and huge appetizer menu, and 2,5 happy hours! Plus they have different specials every day. Unfortunately, they are closed for a month of September, for a renovation. Can't wait for them to open in October!

We went to several happy hous over a week's time in Key West and Alonzos was by far the best. The half price drinks were not limited to the well variety and the half price appetizers included just about everything except the oysters on the half shell. Price isn't everything and Alonzo's consistently had the best quality. The Conch Fritters... More

We had apps & drinks downstairs at Alonzo's, then went upstairs to A & B lobster house for bisque and more apps. The food is always delicious and the wait staff are super!

By far the best happy hour in Key West! Loved the menu and quick service. My family and I were so pleased, we went two days straight while we were in town!

The drinks were great. The half price appetizers were excellent. We tried the Alonzo's sampler, extra order of the conch fritters, pound of chilled spicy shrimp, calamari, fried fish sticks and the mussels. No need for entrees since we had all these appetizers.

Quality of food is terrible! Paid $40 for surf and turf "filet mignon" and lobster tail, the steak was not a filet it was tough and flavorless and the lobster tail was not fresh and over cooked. Told the waiter I was not served a filet and he just smiled and walked away. Terrible food and service! Don't waste your... More
