A visit to our house is a unique way to relax and enjoy life's simple pleasures as well as our treasures from the sea. The word Bagatelle comes from the French and means "a trifle or a little nothing", often referring to a light, fun, yet not too serious spring time romance. The French brought their history of fine cuisine and their love of wine to the Caribbean Islands. It is in this tradition that we have combined our French heritage, southern hospitality and the indigenous tastes of the Florida Keys into the meals we prepare today. Our chefs blend the best of our locally caught fresh seafood, fresh produce and delicious tropical fruits for our tropical seafood dishes.

Amazing Tea and Music

I love unsweet tea. Bagatelle's has the best unsweet tea I've ever had! But then they also have live entertainment. Specifically, there was a guitarist that plays on their front porch. His Name is Rich R. This guy is amazing on the guitar, and can sing great as well. In fact, it was hearing... read more

We enjoyed a nice Sunday brunch on the deck upstairs. I had the lobster over poached eggs, and my "special order" of a biscuit instead of english muffin and hollandaise on the side was no problem for them. Whatever cocktail I ordered was not the greatest, but it was on par with quirky/yucky cocktails that seemed endemic to Key West.... More

Figured that if we arrived by 6pm, we would have no trouble making an 8pm show. I think the staff lost track of the table, as it took a while for someone to come over to set up. Once on hand, server was good but kitchen seemed slow or backed up as a lot of nearby tables weren't served much... More

We have eaten here several times in the past 3 years. It is delightful for brunch, lunch or dinner. The airy 2nd floor porches are shady and above the fray of Duval Street, so they are quiet and breezy. The restaurant is spacious, so the inside tables are not crammed together. There is a marvelous outdoor back lounge in the... More

Bagatelle was delicious for dinner. We sat on the porch and enjoyed our food and the people watching on Duval Street. Service was stellar, wine was good and the food was top notch. Fine dining on Duval.

Went back for our annual brunch, a bit disappointed that the BLT is no longer on the menu but still thoroughly enjoyed our means. Our group like the bloody Mary's , mimosas, the eggs Benedict & lobster omelette we will be back next year

Right on Duval St amid the chaos and revelry you can sit an have a fine meal in an unpretentious, welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I sat upstairs on the balcony overlooking the action on Duval while we dined on crispy pork bellies, hog fish, rib eye and key lime pie to top it off. The wine list is decent... More

Bagatelle's food is wonderful and a surprise to find on Duval Street! Their Lobster Mac n Cheese is to die for, as well as their Pork sliders and Tuna dishes. Especially a great value at happy hour when the Mac is onlly $5! Friendy staff too.

Go during happy hour. Get the Lobster mac & cheese ($5) and the Cucumber Cooler ($5). You can thank me later. Seriously.

Nice restaurant with wraparound porch seating and live music. Friendly servers, tasty food, but don't be in a hurry, it takes a bit for them to get up and down the stairs. Nice place to watch people on the street as you dine.
