SADLY the resturant is closing May 30th

After enjoying the good food at Kaya's for some time, we just learned, on our last visit this week that the owner has sold the restaurant and is moving to Miami. New owners will take over at the end of May. We wish him and his family well and look forward to finding out where he eventually lands.

We stopped in for dinner on our way back to Cheeca Lodge from a day trip down to Key West. We were promptly seated, and had a delicious dinner. The waitstaff were all friendly and attentive and took great care of us. We'll be sure to visit again on our next trip to the keys.

Trip Advisor rated this as one of the best restaurants in Key West per customer reviews. The place was jammed, noise level off the scale, but all of this would have been overlooked if the food was good. Calamari for starter. Enough food for six people. My husband and I were sharing. Way too salty to enjoy. We then had... More

I live in Key West and by far it is one of the best places here. Food is very good and has a very unique and creative twist (check the menu online). The Hula Girl pie is simply amazing: it is an ice-cream cake, but again extremely well done and presented. The staff is very attentive which is often not... More

Perfectly prepared snapper with black beans and yellow rice! Terrific service staff. My hub even liked the hamburger. Best of all, it is less than a mile from Bluewater Key RV Resort where we were staying.

The food and atmosphere is awesome. They cook for our daughter who has lots of food allergies. Thank you for taking the time to make her feel special!!! The food is always wonderful. Can't wait to go back. If you are going to the Keys make it a point to go!

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious fish dinner at Kaya's. The place was bustling but the service was quick and friendly. Drink's were cold and the meal was just a complete delight. We'll be back!

We were a bit hesitant to eat at out at a restaurant since we are currently on a strict Paleo Challenge diet. Scott & Milo went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate our requests on everything from our appetizer to our main dish. I got the yellowtail snapper that was outstanding! The NY Strip was cooked to perfection and the homemade... More

I really like this nice little restaurant. The food is alway very tasty and fresh. I've been here a half a dozen times and I'm always pleased with the sea food. There's a full bar and did I mention the service? The servers are always super friendly and helpful.

We had dinner with friends on the first night of our vacation in the keys. The setting is wonderful. Eating fresh fish while watching the sun go down was glorious. I had one of the fish specials which was fabulous....unique, tasty, beautifully presented. My husband had a different special and he wished he ordered a simple dish. Clearly it's a... More
