Great local eatery. Lots of local character. Small boats pulled up, moored on the dock and enjoyed the bar & food. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The biting

After turning in our kayak rentals at the Lazy Dog, which is next door, we decided to grab a bite to eat at Hurricane Hole. There were four of us, we all loved our food and I even had a bit of envy for the mac n cheese lobster that my son ordered. The staff was all super nice and... More

We had some good Apps there and along with fish tacos. The highlight of our meal was the fish that handed them after a day out on the water.

We ate dinner inside, upstairs and were the only 3 women there along with a few men who were disrespectful to the female server and used foul language they realized we heard and then apologized from across the room. On our last night in town we all had chicken: Not Your Normal Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Tenders. It seemed... More

We returned after 5 hours of backcountry fishing with a few Mangrove Snapper - just in time for lunch. Our guide (Capt Dave) did a nice job filleting the fish, and we just carried them up to the restaurant for the "cook your catch" special. We had some fried, and some grilled - along with salad and cole slaw. Fish... More

We were on a fishing trip out of the marina and were lucky enough to catch some Mahi and the restaurant prepared it for us. The very best fish we have ever eaten. With the sides, there was enough food to feed a smal army. A must stop at Key West.

Good solid food at decent prices. Friendly service, from prompt and efficient staff. Great to bring your own catch and let them cook it for you.

We went to eat there after friends of ours raving about it. The atmosphere is casual and you are in the middle of mangroves and a marina. The food was so fresh and was definitely the best we have ever had. Fish and Chips, Pan fried Grouper and Lavender Creme de Brule... All excellent! The catch of the day menu... More

(Dec '13) Sitting at that bar, sipping my drink, looking out over the marina and getting one heckuva burger. I think there was Monterey cheese on there. Great afternoon!
