We love this place. Its a real hole in the wall that most of the times is four deep at the window. The cuban sandwich is incredibly delicious and the cuban coffee as good as it gets. They definitely can mess up orders at time but generally they are spot on. If you enjoy coffee definitely try a buchito... its... More

The best coffee con leche and fish tacos in Key West. Not to be missed! A true Key West icon and don't let the laundromat next store put you off. In fact, you can do a load of laundry while you enjoy Sandy's. The Cuban coffee at Sandy's is our morning ritual when In Key West.

Every person In there is so rude. Unless you speak spanish expect to be waited on last. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese and the bacon was so hard I couldn't even bite it. I also got a con leche with so many coffew beans I immediately threw it out....wow. Major Dissappointment.

We stopped there every morning for a very good cafe con leche. In the afternoon, we stopped there to taste fish and shrimp quesadilla, both great choices. The place is definitely Cuban with friendly service, fast, inexpensive and conveniently open 24 hrs. Worth trying when you are on the run !

I've grown up going to Sandy's every morning for some Cuban bread and butter, and stop by all the time for some lunch or for dinner after I get off work late at night. They are fast and make a great Cuban mix, and they are open 24 hours so I can get some delicious grub even after I get... More

I was writing here about this around one or two years ago. When you buy something they ask you for more money or "accidently" give you back wrong change. Yesterday I was buying there buffalo fried chicken breast sendwich for $8.79 and the girl asked for $8.99. They still doing that and first time I found out in 2005. Be... More

We went to Sandy's last night for an after dinner snack after a highly disappointing carry out from Daddy Bones BBQ (by far the worst restaurant food I've ever attempted to put in my mouth). I liked the ambiance of Sandy's as its just s fast, friendly, cafe. The gentleman who took my order as well as the gentleman who... More

Stopped here for lunch after a few hours of biking because there was a small line outside. We met Skip O'Niel, the unofficial ambassador of Key West (as designated by the Mayor). With his walker he does about 5 miles a day and hence he knows everyone. Fascinating local who used to fly jets for the air force. He recommended... More

This place also known as M&M Laundry, has a greasy spoon cafe attached to a laundry mat. I have been going there for years because its open all hours and they have strong coffee.
