TIP: If you are driving, park on Grinnell in one of the two parking garages around Caroline and James. No on street parking around the bakery. This is a nice local bakery for morning pastry and coffee. Great place to pick up a sandwich if you are going out on the water as the marina is just a few blocks... More

I've been here several times, and what you buy is very good, and it's worth visiting more than once. The staff are a little unfriendly, and should make more of an effort, especially with tourists. Reviews here can be misleading about how extensive this place is: it's a very small bakery with a limited range of good stuff, and some... More

We enjoyed the various pastries offered here. Over two visits, our family tried the sticky bun, the peach danish, the apple danish, the raspberry/chocolate chip muffin and a chocolate croissant. The raspberry/chocolate chip muffin was "eh," but everything else was very good. Also, it's within walking distance of the Yankee Freedom dock for the Dry Tortugas trip.

We enjoyed the breakfast sandwich with cheese and bacon - it was delicious and very filling. Their apple Danish was flaky and sweet. Highly recommended.

We received a coupon for a free coffee and croissant the day we checked into the Island City House. So we went ...and then went back every morning! Oh my gosh, so good. Fresh and delicious. We even went back for lunch one day. No seating. The bakery is tiny. But it was close to the hotel to carry the... More

Breakfast sandwich is excellent. Had an Apple Danish pastry...flaky light crust....delicious. We were there first thing on a Saturday morning...wished they had cookies ready. We always stop in when visiting Key West.

We found this place about half way through our trip and went back every day for their delicious sandwiches on homemade baguette and brioche. Just for take out, we would order lunch and take it with us to the beach or better yet bring it to the free Key West Garden Club and sit in the shade while you enjoy... More

When it comes to breakfast, I'm a pastry kind of guy. So I began each of my five most recent days on the island looking for a good spot to grab breakfast. At the Old Town Bakery you do just that, grab it and go. There isn't much room to stick around and consume your breakfast, but that's one of... More

The Old Town Bakery was within walking distance of the Gateway Inns & Suites - a military lodging facility on Key West that if space permits, allows military retirees to stay. I was told about this bakery & decided I needed to check it out. Well worth the walk. & then I felt justified in eating the carbs because I... More
