We are Key West locals and visit this restaurant often. It is definitely off the beaten path but well worth it. We go often and the food never disappoints Try the specials, they are all wonderful, especially the fish dishes. The prices are very reasonable, come on this is Key West, and the service is friendly to locals and tourists... more

Cute restaurant seemed to be a locals place. We initially sat outside, but the mosquitos prompted us to ask for inside seating. We split the mahi wontons (about $9) for an appetizer. Since we were saving room for dessert, we also split the special--the steak taquitos. This entree was delicious, although it seemed to be only two corn tortillas (cut... more

Made my first visit to this location - again a bit out of the way from the mayhem of Duval Street. The restaurant has a cool/urban vibe about it and the menu/wine list is imaginative in a very 'funky food' style. Service was efficient if not a little detached. Overall a good meal and would go back. more

No doubt the best restaurant in the city. Very inventive, good wines, knowledgeable staff. Like a good foodie place here in New York. more

This wonderful restaurant is off the beaten track on Packer in the neighborhood of El Siboney if you are familiar with that. The chefs are a married couple who both started at 7Fish. They have started this neighborhood restaurant speciallzing in some great, inexpensive takes on comfort food among other offerings. We found the appetizer section so enticing that we... more

Yummy food, nice service, good wine, pleasant porch to eat on. What more could you want? Owned by a nice couple who really seem to care if you get a good experience, and the food is flavorful and interesting. A little out of the way, but seriously, aren't you sick of the Duval area? more

We also read lots of very good reviews on this restaurant, so I'm hoping that we just caught them on an off night. My wife and I had a 7:30 pm reservation on a Tuesday night, and the place was mostly empty. We arrived early, and were seated immediately. The staff was pleasant, and the service was good, but the... more

Off the beaten path (which I love), this restaurant is such a treat. I read about it in Florida Travel & Leisure mag back in March while planning my April trip from RI. Took a cab from Duval shopping (really inexpensive $6). We sat outside and started off with appies of Lobster Mac & Cheese and Tandoori Chicken Skewers -... more

We were staying round the corner from Good Life on Truman ... but if our host had not recommended Good Life we would never have found it (and if we had then we wmight have walked quickly by). This definitely a case of looks can be deceiving ... the corner location in a resudential street with very little signage belies... more

Keeping with our theme of "off the beaten path" restaurants, we were very happy with what we found here. The backdrop is a simple building in a neighborhood setting. Inside was also simple but cozy. We were very well attended and made to feel comfortable. We ate early so there was not much competition that night. I have been a... more
