Excellent food and service. Reasonably priced. And truly the best hash brown casserole I've ever eaten! Make a note that they done take credit cards, but they do have an ATM in the place if you forget.

The Hideout had the best breakfast. The service and food were wonderful. Worth trying out for sure. They have a fish fry on Friday nights that looks really good.

My wife and I decided to stop for lunch and we weren't sure what to order - Cathy, a server principle of the hideout, recommended the grilled blackened grouper and a house salad with Honey French dressing and my wife and I both agreed the fish was cooked to perfection the salad was cold and crisp; Cathy made a great... This place is New York diner meets keys atmosphere on the water. The food is fantastic, the staff is awesome and it's on the water. We only had time for breakfast one morning as we had dives every other morning, but I made sure my group of six ate here. We were not disappointed. It was just as it was... More

Wonderful service in a funky Keys type old Florida venue. I had eggs benedict that were cooked to perfection with home fries and onions well crisped and well seasoned. My husband had the fish and grits. Fish was very fresh grouper, deep fried and not greasy and really delicious, and grits were the old fashioned kind and perfect. Coffee was... More

Ate breakfast here for two days. Location is great - but not really ocean views. Menu is great and waitresses are very friendly.

Got there before lunch time but they accommodated our desire for lunch service without hesitation. Grilled fish sandwich with HUGE fresh tomatoes ... Great! Be sure to have cash, no credit cards. :-D

Local flavor... They did let us order lunch before the official start time. Key largo fish sandwich was the most complimented.

Nothing great here except that it is a local favorite by the sea. It is a run down kind of funky diner, and we had breakfast. To be fair, we did not have lunch or the Friday Fish Fry, which might be fun. The breakfast was average == I had eggs, my husband had pancakes. They are not open for... More

Wehave lived in Key Largo about 12 years & have had breakfast here almost every Sunday that we are in town. It is an interesting place for tourist as you overlook a houseboat hotel and is in a converted conch house. We have only been there for breakfast but it is also open for lunch & has a well known...
