Spicy Hot Pasta - Real Italian Restaurant

Not obvious to spot on the Overseas Highway - but well worth the effort. Very nice interior. Gets very popular about 6pm. Good range of pastas, pizzas and other dishes. The Diavolo sauce almost rates a health warning - very spicy. Homemade Italian sausage is excellent.

We ate here on a whim. The food was good, but not great. The reviews rave about their dishes, but I found both my husband's entree and mine to be good, but nothing special. Their beer selection is pitiful, but their wine list is fairly extensive. Service was very good. We did not have dessert, so I can't advise on... More

Italian restaurant, typical established Key Largo old style atmosphere. Service pleasant and good. Food was good, not special although by the prices it should have been great. Expensive for what the quality and atmosphere warranted. Yes, it's an old Florida tourist area, but other restaurants in the area have better food and aren't as expensive.

This is our first trip to Key Largo so we asked for recommendations on where to eat. DiGiorgio's Cafe was one of the places we were told about. We enjoy Italian food so decided to go there. The restaurant has been there since 1968 (if I remember correctly). It was very busy but we only had to wait about 20... More

When in the Keys one would usually opt for restaurant serving fresh local seafood. But for a change of pace, Café Largo is the place to go. The extensive Italian menu, together with American fare and seafood, easily rivals eateries that you would normally find in New York, Philly, or Boston. The proprietor, Robert, is always on sight to meet... More

Friendly local Italian restaurant with awesome food. Fresh homemade sauces and ricotta. As good a manicotti as we have ever had anywhere!

Italian American food is not here but great Italian food is. The restaurant is quite large but still with a cozy feel. Our server Amanda was very pleasant and provided the background of the owner coming from the Casino region of northern Italy. He maintains very high standards for freshness and quality. The pasta with spinach and artichoke hearts was... More

Their menu is very extensive and the seafood choices were just the right thing to eat with their Italian pasta. They have their own special Italian bread with a butter that gets your attention. The staff waits on you like a Michelin rated restaurant. Could not help notice all the locals eating there who offered tips on what to eat.... More

One of few restaurants in the area with decent wine list. Good Italian food - with emphasis on seafood. Friendly staff and nice little bar. Large dining area so relatively easy to get a table - but service good and food came out in good time and was excellent. Will definitely visit again!

A dinner-only place, so opens late afternoon. Was kinda skeptical because when we arrived early, very few patrons; but soon the place started to fill up with what seemed to be regulars and locals. One of the best Italian meals I have had (try the mozzarella appetizer). Reasonable prices for a resort cafe in the Florida Keys. Friendly staff, especially the... More
