Stopped in for the first time on our way down to Islamorada and so glad we did! Dawg was our bartender and after we ordered our drinks he informed us the fish special for the day was Dolphin, Dolphin or Dolphin. So I choose the Dolphin sandwich and it was on of the best I have ever had. The golden... More

What has always been a stop on the to and from the keys is now on our never go back list. Alabama Jacks now will only allow pets to come in the restaurant if they are in crates. It's not that I mind their rule(I do mind but do understand) I am upset that they have not posted it anywhere... More

Alabama Jacks is sort of hidden, but amazing when you find it. You can get to Alabama Jacks by car or boat. We came by boat. It was good food that was fresh and tasty! I can't wait to go back!

This a great "Hole in the wall" (and I say this with the utmost affection) kind of restaurant. Great seafood and ambiance with very reasonable prices. service is great with a unique graciousness. We ordered several plates and all were good. Specially the Seafood Sampler for 2. Drive or boat in, your choice. Young and Seniors will enjoy this place.

Nice and rustic with a lot of character. Crab cake sandwich was tasty and filling. Good conch fritters also. Really nice atmosphere

I have been stopping at A J's for 30 years, and have never been disappointed. The only changes are for the better and the staff just keeps getting more friendly. The conch fritters have been upgraded and are some of the best in the keys.

This is a great little place to stop on your way back from the keys. I have been to this place on numerous occasions and it is a locals favorite spot. I love going Sunday afternoons to have lunch, enjoy live music and have a drink (I don't drink). Very Americanized and good food. When it is full the service... More
