Stop Here At Least Once

We've been here twice so far probably go back tomorrow. Great Happy Hour. Loved their Clam Chowder, peel and eat shrimp and coconut shrimp. Beer comes in a frosty mug. Sit along the water, what's not to like. There are a lot of little places like this around Key Largo but this is by far the best... read more

I had a problem finding this place, firstly my GPS could not find it and the one way streets are a pain. Once I got there parking was limited and the place was very slightly full. It is a ‘wreck’ of a bar, the decor is old sea things and on the waterfront. The bartender was very young and not... More

The out of the way bar and grill is worth the trip. The food is great and so is the service. None of the furniture matches and there's dollar bills taped all over the place. You can sit inside or outside. One of my favorites is the smoked fish dip and the coconut fried onion rings. The beer is the... More

Owned by a marine towing service operator & frequented by locals, including charter captains & crews, Shipwreck's is every bite as good as any restaurant on Key Largo. Friday night is an all-you-can-eat fish fry w/ dorado/mahi-mahi fingers available in different styles. The potato salad is like grandma used to make. Hogfish is served in a light distinctive sauce making... More

I had the Seafood Combo and it was fabulous! It was located right on the water (canal) too with a nice little breeze and it made for a very enjoyable meal. Great prices for the food and

Happy hour at the Shipwreck's is one of the best and the servers are absolutely the friendliest and the best. The food weather it be a simple sandwich or a full seafood meal is the best you will get in the Keys. You will enjoy the dining experience weather outside on the canal or on the inside of a unique... Great location, but had to yell to get seated because servers were talking to themselves, food was OK. Just enjoyed sitting and watching the water.
