A travel book recommended this place, so we went. I speak some Spanish, but the language barrier still made it very difficult to order. Great family run Cuban cafe at mile marker 99. Working in key largo for two weeks and often drive by Dennys 3-5 times a day. First stop in the morning for a fresh pulled $2 large "Cafe con Leche" that I could easily pay over twice as much for next door at $tarbux. Note that they will have pre-sugered it... more
While vacationing in Key Largo I stopped in for a late sandwich since I missed dinner with my family, and I ordered the Cuban sandwich to go and a serving of Flan. We like diners, and this was a very good one. Both the tortilla espanola and the western omelet were good, as was the cafe con leche. VERY reasonable price and the service was friendly. The bathrooms were a little dodgy, but we would absolutely go there to eat again. more
