Excellent Cuban food

We love their Fried whole fish but this time we tried the Lobster Creole and was very tasty. I had a seared Tuna that was very fresh and ceviche, their desserts are very good too. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Get there early because there is slways a long line but is worth the wait, the view and ambience is... More

Stopped for lunch after a fun tour of the lighthouse. What a joke!! 90 minutes for lunch, waiter forgot the appetizer, no kids menu and lousy food. $62 for lunch for 3. Suggest you go anywhere else to eat.

The only reason to eat here is if you can't stand another meal on board your boat. The owners must have some type of license to operate at this very special location but they do not deserve it. Given what is available at the same price, the food is horrible. The ceviche had some kind of frozen whitefish All be... More

I went to Boater's grill. It took us over an hour to actually get there (when we were about 15 minutes away) because they weren't on the gps or anything. We even called them to ask for directions but they weren't being clear. When you get there, you have to pay $8 admission because it's a national park or something.... More

Tucked inside the beautiful Key Biscayne State Park is this wonderful, outdoor, seafood restaurant with a South American flavor. The setting is casual but the food is great. Start with a pitcher of Sangria and then ceviche or plantains for appetizers. Their specialty is fresh, whole, local fish (usually a type of snapper),served with lots of lime slices and two... More

Been coming here for years on my boat. We anchor out or you can dock at the bulkhead. They serve lunch & dinner. Very casual as many boaters dine there. They have the coldest beer ever & the shrimp cerviche is the best around! The activity of boats small & large is so relaxing while you have a cheeseburger in... More

We were told to check out Billy Bagg State Park as it was a very beautiful place with great views and food. As we entered the park and started walking the trail to Boaters Grill, we new it would be special. Coming through the trail it was so cool to see it open up to the restaurant. We waited through... One of the best views in the Key, next to the bay, inside Bill Baggs Park. The food is Ok, fairly simple. The fried fish is very good. However, is very expensive for what it is. I do bring friends and family when they come visit, but as a local I don't come regularly because price/value ratio is just not... More

We attended during the late afternoon of Saturday, March 15, 2015. The restaurant is hard to find and did not register properly on my GPS. (This was an Omen that I unfortunately ignored.) The restaurant is in a park where payment is required to enter. (We were charged $8.00). Also, there was a line to enter the park by car.... More
