We were catching a plane at the airport and had some time to kill, so we stopped in and had apps at the bar and drinks. Bartenders Thomas and Peter were fantastic, made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed our visit with them. The views are fantastic, the app menu was varied and was also delish. We will return!

Very good food, and superb service. The staff was friendly, smart, and very fast. One of us had the grilled swordfish, and we were blown away by it! Usually grilled swordfish is dry and chewy, but this was so succulent and tender - amazing. Scallops and grouper were decent, and well presented. When you think of a restaurant named "Rusty... More

We came here to celebrate my birthday and were able to get reservations the same evening via Opentable. The location is on Key Biscayne with a beautiful view of the water. Inside it is very nicely appointed with very helpful staff. We had drinks before dinner (their signature caipirinha and mojitos) which were excellent. We then had the Poured at... More

The best view in town but you are paying for it. Good food, good service, nice people but prices that are just a bit of a reach. That being said the placed was packed so they must be doing something right. Worth it just for the skyline.

As Miami natives we were so glad to hear good comments about the "new" Rusty Pelican since it was such an icon for years in the city. So we went last weekend with high hopes-- the renovation of the space is lovely and the menu is varied (more upscale than before on both accounts). However, the service was sloppy and... More

That's pretty much all Rusty Pelican offers, a great Miami view, just average food, and slightly below average service. If you are a tourist who wants to enjoy a beautiful sight of the city, you might enjoy it. Otherwise, don't go.

Too massive; too expensive; too over rated. The sale is "the view". You can get views elsewhere without the cost. Would not desire to go again.

The Rusty Pelican has the most magnificent view in Miami! The restaurant itself is beautiful and the bar has breathtaking views as well. However, the food is average and overpriced. The service is very good and the drinks are spectacular!

Rusty Pelican has gone through a major renovation and other than the new Island Bar and Wine Display the place looks like it needs another renovation. I am not sure what they were thinking when they picked the colors and the furniture out. I preferred the look and feel of the old rustic Rusty Pelican with all the cool fish... More

We really enjoyed our dinner at the Rusty Pelican. The view of the sun setting on the Miami skyline while we ate was spectacular. The service and our waiter (I think his name was Benjamin) were exceptional. Everything we ordered was delicious (although pricey) I had the crab cakes for an appetizer. That along with the cornbread they serve was... More
