Rusty Pelican has gone through a major renovation and other than the new Island Bar and Wine Display the place looks like it needs another renovation. I am not sure what they were thinking when they picked the colors and the furniture out. I preferred the look and feel of the old rustic Rusty Pelican with all the cool fish... More

We really enjoyed our dinner at the Rusty Pelican. The view of the sun setting on the Miami skyline while we ate was spectacular. The service and our waiter (I think his name was Benjamin) were exceptional. Everything we ordered was delicious (although pricey) I had the crab cakes for an appetizer. That along with the cornbread they serve was... More

Once we got the place, it was nicely decorated, and we sat inside. I ordered a mimosa and a crab cake benedict. My boyfriend ordered coffee and the sausage flat bread. After almost 40 minutes we got our food. When I got my "crab cake benedict", I realized it was the smoked salmon benedict, and the toast felt as if... More

Friday night at the rusty pelican overlooking Miami sounded like a good idea. I was not expecting to wait 45 mins for bread to arrive at the table. My server was very busy and not on point. The place is beautiful and the skyline of Miami breathtaking. Once I communicated my problem to the manager He immediately took charge of... More

We ate here first night of our Miami trip. The setting is gorgeous and the staff is friendly and engaged. The food was great. I had Maine lobster that was very good. The views are amazing!

I visited this restaurant with my husband and daughter. We live in Miami and honestly Rusty Pelican is not known for good food or service. Well my opinion changed after visiting two weeks ago. Rusty Pelican has the best views of downtown and Biscayne bay. I had the grouper. Delicious!!!!! My daughter and husband had the salmon and they said... More

if you are looking for that spectacular restaurant experience, this is the place. Choose a good weather night and sit outside, you won't be disappointed. The view is spectacular. Entry to the dining area is through a glass wine cellar! Menu is terrific and service to match.

Sunday brunch with friends with a great view, friendly service and delicious food. Bottomless mimosa if that is your fancy. Brunch selections with upscale ingredients, such as a lobster benedict. Affordable prices, considering the selections. Family friendly. Parking is limited.

The Rusty Pelican is, as they say, the business - great waterline views of Miami, an attractively decorated environment, friendly service, super range of beverages and outstanding food. There are three different eating areas - the delightful bar, the spacious dining room and the outside patio - all with their own charm and character. The wine list is well chosen... More
