WOW! Delish food and unforgettable view!

Came here for daughter's high school graduation brunch on a Saturday and were so pleased (and surprised) that the restaurant was not crowded (our reservation was for Brunch at 11:30) . It's a good restaurant with a fantastic view on downtown Miami, it's preferable to go there during sunset. We ate seafood and it was gorgeous, and you must have a key lime cake as dessert...... Wow!!

Fantastic view must sit outside. I was told the food was ok, but the views were fantastic, after going I agree. Short rib empanadas, average, grouper was ok wouldn't get again, succotash with it was great. Wife got chicken dish she really enjoyed. We didn't get desert since the couple next to us didn't finish theirs so we passed and... More

Had brunch here. Food was pretentious and overpriced for what it was. Service was slow and not very helpful. In general I thought that for what the decor, dress code of staff and menu presentation was, it did not live up to it when it came to food delivery. My Bloody Mary was fantastic, best I have ever had. The... More

It was my daughters birthday, so we went with a large group to share the experience. The Rusty Pelican is set on the Island of Key Biscayne with terrific water and skyline views! We were greeted by friendly staff and seated when at least half of the 25 arrived. The wait staff was very attentive and provided top notch service.... More

It has the best view I've been exposed to anywhere in Miami. You can look down from the high risers but here you'll be at sea level with an unobstructed view of Key Biscayne all the way to the downtown skyline. Parking is a challenge so go off hours. Best bet to go late afternoon and stay until after sunset.... More

Hostess/Manager Wanda and waiter Christopher both charming and accommodating. We had awesome view and good appetizer followed by pancakes (would have preferred buttermilk but still good) and French Toast (we are very fussy and love it crispy on the outside and creamy like custard inside) and ours was not. However, delightful Sunday brunch with awesome view and friendly helpful staff.... More
