WOW...

This high class restaurant offers you the best of wines, soups, deserts and main course. The staff makes you feel so special and the ambiance is great for all kinds of get together. Slightly expensive but a great experience and a must go if you are at Amelia Islands

Very hard to get reservations, but was able to get table in lounge area. Music good, but too loud for conversation. Interesting trio of salts. Great bread. Tasty meal, but is very expensive.

What an interesting concept. They bring you a partially cooked tenderloin that is finished, by you to your own doneness, on a 400 degree salt block. The salt block gave it an interesting flavor that was different than seasoning your steak with salt prior to or after grilling. Dessert is a must.

Food, drinks, lounging furniture all perfect. Staff were always very helpful and gave us samples of the finer salts.

My husband and I were recently in for dinner and the service was outstanding. We had snapper and filet and chocolate bread pudding for dessert. The entrees were okay (I've had better for the money) and the dessert was tasteless and forgettable. The prices are also high for the amount of food you get. It was a nice evening but... More

From the first bite we knew this was going to be amazing meal! Every bite of very dish was as good or better than the last. Service was impeccable - thanks Ryan! Starter was this amazing pear pillow amuse bouche, followed by an amazing shrimp and grit with balsamic vinegar and goat cheese served under glass of a beautiful smoked... More

From the greeting by the valet parking attendant to desert, a great experience. The service was attentive but not overbearing, and the food was excellent. We had the chef's tasting menu and were very pleased with the selections. Overall, a nice special occasion dinner

I was having a particularly bad weekend having learned on vacation that my 13-year-old dog had passed away while I was gone. I was a complete mess. Heather Kesler at the Salt restaurant on the Ritz property was an absolute dream. Here I am having one of the best dinners of my life on one of the harder nights and... More
