If you want fresh, unadulterated fish or seafood that is not dressed up in the plastic atmosphere of a chain, you've come to the right place. The New England Restaurant offers quality and value as well as honest true-to-its-roots fare. Run like a ship, the friendly, down-to-earth staff is like a tightly knit community that resembles the hardworking families of the northeast for whom fishing is not only their lifeline, but also their passion. New England Restaurant is a well-run operation that knows its product and doesn't stray from its intention to serve fresh, tasty seafood with pride and efficiency at a fair price.

Busy night at the Fish Market

We did call ahead seating but still waited 45 min. to get a table. I had grouper, the most expensive fish available as they were out of the snapper. It was grilled and tasted good, but not the best I have had. Everyone else loved their meals. Seafood mixed grill was rated excellent. Good... read more

This is busy fun place, the fish is fresh, comes from the market right next door. Wide variety to chose from. Tight parking.

Best fish and chips around. I jade trigger fish instead of the cod.Priced OK.Crab cakes were good but not like in Baltimore, but who is.. Do not expect fine dinning but it is very worthwhile.

We had lobster bisque and seafood for lunch. Lobster bisque was the best we have had. Fish & chips were great! My husband had the blackened mahi mahi sandwich. It was excellent! Service was great also.

Great seafood. Prices are okay. Services is good. But when it gets crowed it is little loud. Sometimes you do have a bit of a wait.

I want to start by saying that when we walked in the restaurant was not at all what I expected. We waited a minute or two to be acknowledged and our acknowledgement was 2 menus being placed a a nearby table and "here ya go". I was a little thrown off but we decided to stay. The food was amazing.... More

We had the best meal at an incredible price. Lobster bisque was delicious. Mussels with garlic and butter sauce were the best I've ever had. Flavor was full without being overwhelming. Mussels were plump and tender. Followed with delicious hush puppies. The selection is unbeatable. If you love seafood, you must dine here. It's a winner.

I took my parents here for lunch during my last visit and was very satisfied with our server and our meals. I have the haddock and chips which was done perfectly. Both parents had scallops which they loved. This is a stop on every visit I make to the area.

I've known about them for years but somehow never got there to eat. Huge mistake. This is the real deal in seafood. The mussels were excellent, the chowder sublime. Service was knowledgeable and prompt Will be back soon to try more items from their extensive menu (which is online if you want to check it out first). We've had so... More

We drove 40 miles out of our way to indulge in the largest oysters in south Florida- they were delicious and worth the drive! I love their fresh and yummy fish tacoes also. The fish dip appetizer is attactive and delicious. The ambiance is basic, but the place is always crowded with seafood lovers!
