Fabulous fusion food

I have been to many Roy's and the one in Jacksonville Beach is my favorite because it is more casual and so close to beach hotels. I have been to Roy's many times and have never had a bad meal; never even a mediocre meal. Their fish dishes are to die for and their sauces are exquisite. The best part is the chocolate souffle... Additionally, the wait staff is always happy and willing to help.

Had friends in town and wanted a nice dinner. The appetizers were fantastic - the Aloha Roll was outstanding. Orders ranged from Hibachi Salmon to Trio dinner. We were impressed with the amount of food on most plates - expected much smaller portions. The truffle, bacon mac & cheese was very flavorful. Was def very expensive... but we were expecting... A group of us gather about once a month to enjoy Roy's HH drink and food specials. We are able to order several of each appetizer and share amongst everyone because they are so yummy and the prices are great. Have also had a meal here which was very delicious but we mostly take advantage of the HH specials. We... More

First visit to Roy's while visiting the area. Atmosphere and decor was very nice visually and made for a warm and peaceful atmosphere. Wait staff was knowledgeable about menu and were quite attentive the whole time. The calamari was delicious and our entrees were as well however were somewhat too salty which is common in most all restaurants. Overall it... More

Typically I do not like chain Restaurants, but I was in Jacksonville over the weekend and thought I would give Roy's a try. I read the reviews and they were mixed. But, feeling adventurous off I went. I thought I was in trouble when the hostess could not discuss the menu options with me. She said my waiter could answer... More

If you love the taste of well prepared food, then you must come to Roy's. The service is friendly and fast yet you never feel rushed. The food is fantastic!!! As an appetizer I had a sushi roll, Lakanilau, that had beef and asparagus. It exploded with flavor. The filet and red dragon shrimp entrée was equally full of flavor.... More
