Best of the Best

Angie's has been around for a long time. We go there because we know the owners and because we know we will always have a great meal. The Peruvian sauce is amazing. The prices are reasonable and it is a place to visit as a local and as a visitor!! A MUST!

I'm not big sub person, but Angie's subs was amazing! The subs are very filling, tasty, customizable and you have many great options to choose from. They have chips and fries. And I think they carry some alcohol from what I remember. The prices are fair. They bring your meal out to your table. The tables and chairs are all... More

Big, tasty sandwiches. Service was good. The girl taking our order was adorable and funny. I would definitely go back here. No question.

I am not a sub person, but Angie's is simply wonderful. I have been eating there for years, and I have never ordered anything except the Peruvian - all the way. It cannot be topped. Add some special Peruvian sauce at the table and it is something to behold. Last time I went I had a vegetarian friend with me... More

Angies is a local sub shop, with a local feel, and local diners. Unique and original to the area. Worth stopping by and trying out. After all, it's just a sub -- what's there to lose? Here's how it works... You walk inside and order at the counter. Pay for your food, grab your drink, and pickup a bag of... More

Angie's is very casual and attracts the beach crowd. Their subs are phenomenal. My favorite is the chicken salad. They also have a special sauce on every table, the name of which escapes me at the moment. You can buy it to take home. It has a sweet, tangy flavor. They have a lot of seating, very eclectic in different... More

Consistently good, always hot one of the best sandwiches your going to have. Great eclectic decor with lost socks, no to chairs or tables matching. If you like eating at locally owned restaurants with something different on the menu then this is it. If you go at lunch go early as there is usually a line but it is well... More

If you never been to Angies it is an experience. The restaurant is busy and run like an assembly line to keep everything movivng. I would say more than half the clients are take out. That's not to say you cant eat there, because you can with a quaint if not hokey dining room at the end of the line.... More

We had a hard time spotting this place in a small strip mall building along the busy road, and passed right by it the first time, but we were sure glad we back-tracked and found it. Due to reviews we both had to try the Peruvian, and it really hit the spot! Their fries are also wonderful, and although the... More

You have got to try Angie's Subs for a great sandwich in JAX. The "Peruvian" with hot sauce is perfect. The brownies and hard boiled eggs top off the meal. I visit my Daughter form Utah and make a point of going to Angie's whenever I am in town. I even take the Hot Sauces home in my luggage. The... More
