Service was questionable, food irregular in quality, when good the lasagne was outstanding, wanted to be a bar rather than a place to eat

The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. We took the kebab and it was very good quality. But if you want some wine, an appetizer, or some dessert, it is too expansive for our wallet. We probably won't go back again without coupon. There was no music at the time we went there. The opening hours are little bit awkward... More

I went off the reviews on Trip Advisor that listed Eva's as the #1 Restaurant in Jacksonville Beach and normally I've not been misled. However, if this is the best that Jacksonville Beach has to offer, then I'd say you might want to drive a little farther North to find something exceptional. Don't get me wrong, the food was good,... We had a lunch in Eva's on the main road of Jacksonville Beach and had read in TA that it was highly rated. Overall, we though it was pretty good. The Louisiana Gumbo, a traditional dish we'd had many places many times before, in a large bowl was well above average, with shrimp, crab and fish over rice. The Greek... More

My husband & I wanted a quiet dinner (& I was craving steak), but this place is LOUD & the menu is all over the place. There was also a pianist catering to the 60+ croud at such a high volume that patrons were screaming talking to one another. We paid for our drinks & got the heck outta dodge.... More

After reading the reviews on TA, we were excited to try Eva's. We were a party of 3 couples at 7pm on a Sat night. When I booked the reservation I had asked for a quite table. Unfortunately, there is no quiet space in the restaurant due to the live music and being open to the bar area. We were... More

Small, comfortable restaurant with a very ecclectic menu including Greek, Italian, Asian and American. We had the Duck Spring Rolls which were excellent. Noticed the Caprese salad at another table and can't wait to go back and try that. My dinner was their burger which is a proprietary blend of brisket, sirloin and chuck. They sure have the blend right... More

My husband and I dropped in for lunch a few days ago not really expecting much due to the huge turnover this location has had. We were very happy we did. Both meals were excellent (short rib lasagna and bolognese). We are taking friends back with us for dinner this weekend. We really hope that Eva's is here to stay.

We went to Eva's for a girls night out - there were six of us, all arriving at different times - when I arrived at 5pm, it was pretty quiet - I sat at the bar and the bartender, who ended up being our waiter too (Attila) told me about the happy hour specials - I'm quite happy that a... More
