This place is the perfect fit for the small beach community which it serves. The sandwiches are made fresh and the ice-cream is wonderful. Like most travelers, we do eat at the upscale seafood places but never, ever miss a stop here. The place is for kids, families , teens and an old couple from Illinois escaping the snow. We... More

stopped for a drink with friends. Variety of Cold beer options, warm sunshine and fun holiday decorations. Lots of other customers had food and they were pretty busy when we were there.

Freezer-burned ice cream and greasy Cuban sandwich. We were the only customers in the place waiting for two Cuban sandwiches. We asked for them to go and they gave them to us in baskets (couldn't get the one order straight that they had) so then had to dig them out and wrap them up, so we got a greasy mess.... More

Kooky Coconut is a must visit restaurant in Indian Rocks Beach. The minute you enter, the owner and her staff greet you with smiles and friendly demeanors. This is a great place for a casual beach lunch (either eat in on the back patio or take out). The best sandwich is the original Cuban, which is prepared with a generous... More

The Kooky Coconut is one of the only food/ice cream places on the beach side of Gulf Blvd in Indian Rocks Beach. The cubans are good and their burritos are very good too. It's fun to get something to go and take it to the beach!! Very friendly!

Stopped for a beverage while in the area with friends, only had beer so can't speak to the food. Decent service.

We came here with our entire family and everyone was very pleased. The girl that helped us was very friendly and the ice cream was amazing. We will definitely be back to visit!

This is located right on the beach, they sell sandwiches, icream, snacks and drinks including beer. They have some indoor and outdoor seating. But you might as well go right and sit on the beach.

This is one of our favourite places to go for ice cream along the whole Tampa area gulf beaches. The quality of the ice cream is excellent. It's delicious. Perfect for a stop off with the family for a treat on a warm day.
