My children and I decided to eat at PJ's today for lunch. The roof of the restaurant was being redone, so the smell of tar was outside in the patio area as well as permeating inside. Overall, the atmosphere is nice, your typical eclectic deco you would find at a restaurant near the water. We began our meal with the... More

Food is great! Within walking distance of Cay Pointe Villa. Outside seating area is wonderful and love all the things to look at inside, including PJ

Crappy service, mediocre overpriced food. Why is this place so popular? Do the snowbirds think this is as good as it gets? My 3/8 inch sliver of mahi mahi had so much blackened seasoning on it that I could not taste the fish. Last night was my last trip to PJ's ever.

Ate a PJ'S for dinner, not very busy. Orders chicago style oysters and a fried grouper sandwich. This was my first time eating oysters, so it's hard for me to rate them. However I have had plenty of grouper sandwichs down here and I can say that this was the best I've had in years. I would have given a... More

The décor here is standard beach seafood, but one clear distinction in ambience stands out---walls of dollar bills. A decades-old tradition for this family-run restaurant is a chance for guests to have a dollar bill stapled to the wall, often with a message or date scrawled in marker pen. Periodically, the bills are harvested and donated to a local children's... More

We went here with our family and absolutely loved the atmosphere and the food. There was live entertainment outside which was fun to listen to also.

My husband and I ate at P.J's during our vacation in Florida. Great atmosphere, great service! I had the blackened tuna (mine was fantastic), and my husband had the grilled mahi-mahi (he said that it was OK). One of the BEST side dishes that we both had was their steamed broccoli (AMAZING FLAVOR). My husband decided to try an item... More

The food at the new PJ's was good, prices were reasonable, the atmosphere was nice and the service was OK. The drinks however were a big disappointment: my wife ordered a Manhattan that was tiny and weak. I ordered a Stella draft beer, and they charged me $6.00, while the competition in the area are charging $3.50. I will not... More

Sure don't agree with previous review - we went last Friday (Nov 14) and had a very good experience. Drinks at the outside bar with Jason and Lynn and then moved to inside bar (it was cold outside!) with Ed. Tuna appetizer was huge for $10 and hubby had stone crab and was licking his lips. Wine was so very... More
