We loved the food, atmosphere, service, and price. If you are near Clearwater, do not miss this gem. I have the Tuna Salad and my Wife the Shrimp Penne. All outstanding and we are tough to please. Guppy's was recommended to us by some friends who have lived in Tampa for 30, and it's one of their favorite restaurants. We were amazed and pleased at the service and the quality of the food.
