Great service...a bit slow getting started, but very pleasant and sincere. Food took a while but was hot and fresh. Great food, decent price, nice service!

We had a late arrival into Ft Lauderdale and by the time we got to the hotel it was after 9PM. We have eaten at this diner in the past and since the food is pretty good we decided to give them another try. As in the past food was good and we were able to have a glass of... More

Stopped here after shopping at the plaza. Had the buffalo chicken salad. Husband had the buffalo chicken paninis. Both were delicious. Looking at the other tables around us, the sundaes looked like the good ol' days. We were too full, but will be back next year on our vacation. Server was great and personable.

We returned to the Moonlite Diner again in February 2014 before leaving on another cruise. I had the BBQ sliders and my husband had a large burger. We got a lot of fries with the sandwiches and were stuffed when we left. Next time, I'm going to try one of the awesome milkshakes they make. They look great.

On my first visit to this establishment I found it a little disappointing. Mainly due to inefficient waitstaff. Many 'young' waitpersons just standing around near the computer talking and wasting time rather than attending to the paying patrons. We had a waitperson come to our table to bring water and we asked her a question, which was never answered. Then... More

Needed a different atmosphere for breakfast other than a hotel bistro. This was recommended by the hotel staff. It was nice and had a full breakfast with coffee. No complaints. Seemed to be a popular spot.

I go to the Moonlite Diner as the "quick & dirty" restaurant stop when I want a good meal, served quick, that taste's great & is very filling. The portions are hefty and the menu offers a large selection of comfort food! This isn't GG's in Hollywood, but it is casual, comfortable and fun!

While waiting for our cruise tomorrow, my wife and I ate at the Moonlite Dinner at the urging of a strong following on this website. We were promptly seated and had fun ordering from the menu. I had the meatloaf dinner and Carol had a BLT with onion soup. Plenty of food - good friendly service and reasonable prices. We... More

We went for supper here the day before our cruise. Service was exceptional because they had a lot of staff. We were very impressed with our server Yalissa. She was friendly and personable. Everyone enjoyed their meals, Texas burger is a must! Fish taco and chicken fried steak and eggs were enjoyed by my family. Great atmosphere and authentic diner.... More

What a fun, fun place back to the 50’s – the outside building looks like a train car – there is a big deck out back if weather permits enjoying the day or evenings outdoors. The food was wonderful – I had the loaded turkey burger, all I can say is yummmmm, my husband had the fish tacos which he... More
