The restaurant has music playing so loud that you cannot have any conversation! I can understand blasting the music at 9:00 pm but at 7:00 pm come on! The food is very tasty but you can't enjoy it because of the music being unbelievably loud. Mercy more

I went there with 2 of my friends on a saturday evening, its a lovely location next to water, with a good view. Valet parking is 5$, which is not bad. The Ft. Lauderdale Taverna Opa does not represent the name the way it should! The place was complelety dead, the food took forever, and when we complained to the manager they could have cared less that it took 1 hour to recieve a salad! Dont bother...spend your money at a different one! more

We ordered dishes and they gave us the wrong orders and charged us for it. The service was horrible, the food was not good, and the manager was arrogant and rude. I will never return and I do not reccomend the Taverna Opa in Hollywood to anyone. I know good food and this was not it at all. more

What a waste of time, money and appetite. With reservations and all you wait over 35 min to get seated.
