Went there after church service, went in, got sat down right away as there were empty tables. Sat down got water, ordered an appetizer and placed the food order, appetizer came right away and food was brought a few minutes later! We were not even halfway with the appetizer! Even hubby was surprised. Food was very good and delicious! Worth... More

Over the years I have had many meals at the Las Vegas Restaurant located on 441 in Hollywood. I have never had a bad meal and service has always been exceptional. I think they have some of the best chicken soup in the area. There warm garlic bread is awesome. I usually have the chicken with onions served with black... More

This is the original Las Vegas restaurant, before they expanded. The food is tasty, service is excellent, and the prices reasonable. During the meal, our drink glasses were never left empty, and our server checked on us regularly. Steak, chicken, and fish dishes are prepared in the authentic Cuban way. Cash or credit, with ample parking in front of the... More

The food was okay, in my opinion I've had better. The place is outdated very old feel. Did not feel comfortable at all and the this place is very pricey, not too happy and will not go back. There are other Cuban spots for the same price with a more comfortable feel and are not so beat up.

Went here with a party of 11 on a Friday night and was able to be accomodated right away. there was a lady who would come by our table sporadically and ask us if everything was okay. She may have been one of the owners. We appreciated that and felt it was a nice touch. Especially since this type of... More

Went to a birthday party tonight that brought in food from Las Vegas. Everything was delicious. I especially enjoy the plaintains! The chicken was tender and tasty and so was the flattened steak. And the rice and beans! Wonderful! It's my favorite Cuban food restaurant.

Ordered the Vaca Fritta and Ropa with rice, beans, and plantains on the side. On a scale from 0 to 10, about a 15. And that's coming from a couple that eats Cuban food as much as humanly possible. Come here, best Cuban food in the South!

Black beans and rice were good (I've had better), but the ropa vieja was outstanding, as well as the platanos maduros. Both cooked perfectly.

I went here for a wedding reception/lunch. We had a party of about 20 with ONE server. He seemed annoyed and wasn't very pleasant. The food was delicious. The garlic dip with the fried plantains was amazing.

This is my first visit to this restaurant founded on tripadvisor. I had Whole Fried Snapper, with chicken noodle soup salad and tamale. The tamale had very little meat, but amazing flavor. All the food, was amazing. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK !!!
