The 'tossed" Cobb salad was easy to manage and tasty. I also enjoyed their Cuban sandwich. The palm trees, banana plants, and other tropical plants outside the tall windows are very pleasing. They close about 2 p.m.

My fruit had mold on it, the pastries were not fresh - seems like a great place to grab a quick bite, but everything we picked up (fruit, pastries, desserts, etc) just seemed old.

Food was good except my colleague got the Portabello Mushroom burger. He didn't realize the mushroom wasn't on a meat patty. We had a good laugh over it. I had the salad with blue cheese and avocado. One thing I didn't like is that they automatically add 15% gratuity. I usually give more if the service is good and it... More

For adults, the bill for the buffet comes to about $30. Children eat free with at least one paying adult, which is great. I did think that it was costly, but the selection was good and the food was really tasty. Also, the atmosphere gets you in the right mood -- the abundance of natural light streaming in from floor-to-ceiling... More

Just had lunch here. Had a crab cake sandwich which tasted like cardboard. Nice side salad and a good glass of Sauvignon Blanc. I thought oit was pricey but this is a resort type hotel. Bar Su across the lobby had excellent sushi and some nice wines by the glass but is not open at lunchtime.

I've stayed at the Westin Diplomat a few times and it is a very nice hotel. And I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I've only eaten at The Cafe once and I have mixed opinions about it. While the food was OK, it is rather pricey. But what bothered me most is that the restaurant's web site (www.diplomatresort.com/Cafe)... More
