My wife and I often vacation in Hollywood Florida. We selected Mama Mia's because we wanted Italian and it was recommended by Tripadvisor. I had chicken piccata and rigatoni bolognese. My wife had chicken cacciatore. Each dish had outstanding flavor and melted in my mouth. The quality of food reminded me of the quality I receive when dining in Little... More

We were here for a family visit. We were seated in the bar, so as is typical the service was a little less attentive. The food was really quite good, everyone was super stuffed by the end. I don't think I would order the mozzarella caprese salad again as the tomatoes weren't as good as they should have been, but... More

A friend & I had an early dinner at what is my go-to restaurant for Italian in Hollywood. Since my last visit, the Eggplant Rollatini has been taken off the entree menu and relegated as an appetizer. When I asked our server -Tatjana - if it could be ordered as an entree, I got a defiant "no'. Well, it just... More

A group of my friends and I, went to Mama Mia, for New Years. We all had a SENSATIONAL time. The price of $49.95 was extremely reasonable for the dinner they served, the entertainment they had, and the free champagne toast they gave, at midnight. There were six people in our party. Two of us had the Filet Mignon as... More

This restaurant is really unique and offers two cuisines in one location. That is cool, but both are outstanding in their own regard. We had a party of 7 and were seated within minutes of our arrival. Hostess was very welcoming. Our server Peter did a great job (impressive, since he has not been working there for very long). Warm... More

We happened in after an event for lunch. It wasn't busy, but the server said they do a big night business. We had a group of 8 and ordered several appetizers like mozzarella sticks, calamari, etc. We had mostly typical Italian meals-pastas, eggplant parmigiana. Great garlic rolls. Inexpensive.

we got seated real quick. but it took a long time for the waiter to wait on us and to also get our food to us. we ordered spaghetti and meatballs. well the meal came out in an colander and they only had one meatball. it was huge but it had no favor and it surely didn't taste like a... More

Really shocked by the breakdown in service at Mama Mia. My 9-year old daughter waited an hour for her main course. Three times I asked the waiter where her food was. Everyone else was long finished when they finally brought my daughter's main course,....and it wasn't what she ordered.

I was very disappointed when I invited my in-laws for lunch at Mama Mia's last year. They had come specially from Switzerland to celebrate Christmas with us in Hollywood, FL. Having had excellent experiences at Mama Mia's prior to this visit, I was very offended and disappointed when I was a given a so-called "fish of the day" that was... More
