Just a quick response to the review a couple below, in the state of Florida the health reports for restaurants are PUBLIC record. Please go check it out yourself if you'd like. There has NEVER been any kind of critical hit on Miss Vicki's at all. And although it has been said, Basa is sold in every grocery store, most... More

In response to the other review regarding health reports---Miss Vicki's has NEVER had a a health violation and the kitchen is probably cleaner than most home kitchens!! Most restaurants serve some type of farm raised fish and guess what? it is usally basa or swai, they just arent telling you! At least Vicki's doesnt try to disguise it as something... More

Despite being on a river that is wall to wall seafood fisherman providing the best grouper and fresh shrimp obtainable, this hag ) miss Vickie) still sells a fish known as "Basa".. If you do a simple Google search, or follow any nutritionist, they'll tell you that "Basa" can provide you with a life altering bacterial infection of your entire... More

Some days it seems impossible to find an open seat, but Mrs. Vicki's is worth the wait. The atmosphere is as good as the food! From the boiled peanuts to the "shrimp-po-boy" sandwich the menu is great "Old FL cuisine." I love their crabcakes & peel-and-eat shrimp! My husband loves the burgers. Great place to eat on a nice sunny... More

3rd visit. We brought out of town family here. They enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the river. Band was friendly and interacted with the crowd. Crab cakes were surprisingly good! No A/C and most of the tables are in the sun, so be prepared.

This is a little hideway behind a dry dock. It is worth the drive for the views and fish dip. On the weekends free music and big crowds. Beautiful sunsets with the occasional dolphins jumping by.

Miss Vicki's was a fun little place - right on the water, live music, happy locals! The food was so-so, it's just your typical bar food, nothing fantastic but everything was tasty. You have to try the Cajun boiled peanuts! Beer was cold, staff was friendly - we will definitely stop here every time we visit Tarpon Springs.

This is a quiet place the locals know about and go to. The place was not totally full on this visit, and the server was extremely disorganized. There were a few servers, and heck, only a dozen tables here - it should not have been that difficult. She was not attentive, did not take the order correctly, and did not... More

What a place, tucked by a marina this is truly a hole in the wall treasure. The beer is cold, the food is good and the atmosphere is fantastic. During the evening the sunset view over the water is spectacular. This place is quite small and can get crowded, only means more chatting with the neighbors. When you leave here... More

We have been going to Miss Vicki's for several years now. Always crowded, music during nice weather, friendly service, great homemade food served simply and gorgeous sunsets. Vicki serves wine and beer as well. No mixed drinks. Casual and comfortable atmosphere, watch the boats come and go, the pelicans fly by and, if you are lucky, spot the dolphins. We... More
