We've eaten at Flash Beach Grill in Hobe Sound many times and have NEVER been disappointed. Great food, awesome service, great atmosphere. We love to eat outside, especially on the weekends when there is live entertainment. The food is absolutely amazing. While there are other dishes, the fish specialities are the best and everything is FRESH!!! Yes, there are indoor... More

Very friendly service, attractively and creatively decorated with beach feel. NY steak (listed as a special tonight) was great, as was the salad that came with it. Tried "the smash" for dessert, which is a combination of brownie, key lime pie, orange sherbet, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and nuts. Fantastic! Enjoyed sitting at the high-top tables tonight but have also... More

If you first eat with your eyes, the presentations at this unassuming neighborhood gem mean you are about to eat something great. Beautifully presented, the sides make a powerful impression as does the incredibly fresh fish. The cocoa rice which accompanies many of the entrees is sweet yet it compliments the main perfectly. The grilled vegetables are cooked to the right... More

Yes the outdoor dining is close to a trafficked road. Yes it's pricey. But my husband and I enjoyed well prepared food ... Barbequed shrimp and dolphin sandwich. The weather was perfect for outdoor dining and the menu wasn't standard franchise fare. Reggae music set a pleasant background. Beer options are limited. Seems like the craft beer movement hasn't reached... More

This restaurant should be called "Riptide" with the emphasis on rip. We paid over a hundred dollars, without the tip, for two glasses of wine and two very mediocre entrees. The fish was bland and tasteless, the rice was mushy, and the veggies overcooked and unrecognizable. And, amazingly, the waitress recommended this dish! As far as atmosphere, the beachy look... We had an excellent lunch and a fun time here. The presentation of our lunch was as beautiful as it was delicious. We both had the lobster roll, served with jicama slaw and mixed (white and sweet) potato fries. It was so big and full, you had to eat it with a knife and fork. The presentation was beautiful with... Discover this Bridge Road hidden gem for yourself !! The cuisine is absolutely gourmet and you can relax outside in their layback " sand beach" or choose the island themed dining inside as well. The menu offers amazing diversity but I'm always torn between one of the seafood creations or the best lobstah roll this side of the Hamptons !!

We have stopped here several times for lunch and the food is outstanding. This time we both ordered the Panko Grouper: Fresh grouper lightly fried in japanese bread crumbs; served w/ asian cucumber slaw & coconut rice. The grouper was one of the best that we have had; the asian cucumbers were crispy, the coconut rice was delicious. The lobster... More

Stopped by while wondering A1A for a late afternoon break. Tried the Lobster Bisque with a Sherry side over the Conch Chowder or the New England Clam Chowder. Excellent! We also had the vegetable spring rolls and Conch fritters both served in fun dishes to compliment the food. This is not a fancy place but more of a roadside beach... More
