Local favorite

I ate here the first time about a year ago. Nothing has changed. It has remained very popular. The signature dish is Mofongo which is made of mashed plantains. Authentic Puerto Rican food at a local favorite wirh fair prices and friendly service.

This restaurant is nice and clean, friendly and family oriented. Food delicious and appealing to the eye. Had a pastel, which is a Puertorrican traditional food. I choose to have mofongo, churrasco and lobster. OMG...would have another right now. Everything on the menu sounded so good I wanted one of each. Closure a wonderful coffee.

Someone told me that this restaurant is a combination of Puerto Rico and Cuba, but whatever it is, they found the real Caribbean flavor. The food is fresh and abundant. The restaurant is not fancy or to take a date, but it is a good place for friends to gather and families to celebrate an occasion. Their fried pork chunks... More

I went here with my family and enjoyed a mamey milkshake, some tostones (fried, savory plantains), black beans and rice. These items were delicious, but also the only options I had as a vegetarian.

This is a Latin restaurant that specializes in Cuban and Puerto Rican food. For not being a traditional Puerto Rican Restaurant, it has a multitude of Puerto Rican Favorites. It has good ambient and the prices are just right.

I was very impressed at first because they had Medalla's (beer from Puerto Rico) and Morcilla's on the menu (Blood Sausage). The beer was super cold, and the morcilla's were delicious. The rest of the meal was disappointing. I had the Mofongo with fried pork chunks, and both the meat and the plantains were lacking flavor. My husband had the... More
