Visited once and got up and left after getting tired of waiting for service. Years later, decided to give them another chance and did not regretted it. Customer service has improved and the food is very tasty and affordable. I like their daily soups and usually order them for lunch. The ham croquettes are excellent. This is simply a nice... More

We used to love the food at this restaurant but it has gone downhill.. 7 adults and 1 child. Our 9 year old eats everything she couldn't even finish her first bite of food. How does a restaurant screw up 8 different meals. We asked for manager and he/she did not show up. Service was awful.

I stop regularly for breakfast. THe empandas and the croquettas are delicious. The service is fast and friendly. I use the outside cafeteria area. THe variety of sandwiches are also very good and quite big. This place has a good value for your money

The dinner is small and old, but fun and the food is excellent. We had great food. I had the pot roast, which was very yummy and other had the shrimp, everything, looked good and the prices are so darn cheap. Four of us had drinks, dinner and dessert for around $ 30.00. And it was all fresh and authentic.... More

If it is authentic Cuban food you seek, this is a good place. No frills, no ambiance and no Caribbean dance music in the background. Go to South Beach for that! Otherwise, a good place to taste what Pre-Castro Cuba "Had" to offer! Try the "Ropa Vieja" (Translation: Old Clothes).
