Lunch time buffet is unbelievable. Everyone loved their lunches and dinners. Everyone was recommending this place to others at the hotel.

The food is dull dull dull. Choose three starch sides, rice, beans, French fries or very sweet deep fried plantains. Refused to substitute with a side salad. Skirt steak was ok. Buffet looked dull. Service was nice but we won't be back.

Nice surprise this weekend when we stopped by Padrino's for Cuban cuisine. First good sign was a filled restaurant with local Spanish speakers. Started off with the Caldo Gallego...tasty white bean soup and the ham croquetas. Nice openers. For entrees, the Lechon Asado (roasted pork) was incredibly tender and juicy and the Camarones al Ajillo (garlic shrimp) hit the spot.... More

We went for the traditional Pig Roast buffet (served on the first Saturday of the month). They slow roasted the whole pig in a wooden box. The pork was tender and full of flavor! The buffet included rice, beans, salad, plantains and other side dishes. I was too busy savoring the pork to focus on the side dishes. I did... More

This place is an hidden original gem in this area. The food is not the most spectacular but it is originally Cuban. A local staple. If you are visiting you must stop by to enjoy the flavor. Very affordable and good service.

The appetizer of beef empanadas with chutney was delicious and my teenage son and I seriously considered ordering another plate of them. However, the main dishes we both had, while well-prepared, were just not as flavourful as I was hoping. My son had rice with chicken and vegetables while I had the succulent pork with onions. The pork was very... More
