Live nearby and have always wanted to try Stella's. Assumed it would be good since friends like it and it is usually crowded. Had the fried green tomato and Provo omelet- excellent. We also had the eggs Benedict which was very good. Service excellent and "diner" -like atmosphere. Definitely a "locals" place with customers' mugs hanging on wall.

We had heard people talking about Stella's, so we stopped by for a late breakfast. The food was great and really inexpensive. The home fries were amazing. The service was quick and friendly.

We had a late breakfast/early lunch….everyone (5 of us) loved their meals!! Staff was fun and friendly….totally would recommend! We did not sit outside because it too hot, but does have great outdoor seating along the artsy Gulfport Blvd.

Breakfast at Stella's is your average diner experience with decent food. The service is rather slow as it lately takes forever for the food to leave the kitchen. The outside seating area is pleasant and dog friendly. The main reason we stopped going is because of this not very clean looking older guy who operates the cash register. He is... More

Tried the specialty BLT made with fried green tomatoes and chipotle mayonaisse. Simply deliciious. Gets crowded for weekend breakfast but it's worth the wait, particularly with other breakfast standbys having closed recently. Nice mix of regulars and tourists, all served pleasantly and quickly.

If you have a hankering for an "old fashioned" basic breakfast of eggs, bacon, grits, etc. this is the place to go (although they offer other things as well.)

Great breakfast -- good menu. The eggs benedict were especially delicious as was the corned beef hash and pancakes. Server was very attentive and coffee cups refilled often. A great value. Go early -- they fill up by about 9:30 am!

I had a fried green tomato omelet and my mother had the Gulfport hash. They were both delicious! I would have given them all 5 stars if my omelet had more flavor and salt because it was a bit bland. But the Gulfport hash needed nothing. I will definitely go back again!

My wife and I visit the St. Pete/Gulfport area several times every winter. We live in Buffalo, NY and are used to being able to find hearty excellent breakfasts when we go out on weekend mornings. Until recently, we have not found a Florida restaurant that could match that experience. During the first week of May 2014, we visited Stella's... More
