Thank you for visiting Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille! A distinctively different menu, the food of Harry's Seafood Bar and Grille captures the essence of a city not only known worldwide as the birthplace of Jazz but also the birthplace of a unique style of cooking. We've taken the best of Cajun, Creole and Southern flavors infused with a current day twist to create some of our most popular dishes like Shrimp and Scallop Orleans, Grilled Chicken Baton Rouge, Crab Crusted Blackened Red Fish, Bourbon Street Salmon and French Quarter Beef Tenderloin to name a few.

New Orleans without jazz, humidity and hurricanes

What a wonderful place to eat. Not your typical beer, tv, and fast food college town restaurants. Great selection of appetizer especially the eggplant and crab napoleon. Great mussels...a some what small portion but bursting with flavor. Got the ettoufle dinner and the waiter split it for us... read more

The atmosphere was great but the food was disappointing. The steak was fatty, the smashed potatoes cold. The seared tuna had a soft texture and was generally unpleasant.

love the po'boys. Well, I need 100 characters so, well, I like the beer too. Alright, that's not enough... ok, so they have a lot of TV's too.

We wanted to find an outdoor spot when the weather finally warmed up. We sat outside and had appetizers and wine. We had fried pickles, a spicy shrimp dish and tuna. Unfortunately, the shrimp appetizer was literally swimming in the spicy brown sauce which was a bit of a disappointment. The fried pickles were more than plentiful and made for... More

We loved this restaurant! We went prior to a play. Happy hour is 4 to 7 daily and as we knew we wanted to eat early, this was perfect. The waitress was attentive, but allowed us to enjoy drinks prior to ordering. We weren't rushed. Both our entrees were delicious. My husbands had the Blackfish Royale and I had the... More

seems to be a destination for downtown eating. however, I found the servings to be small with large prices. nice location with in and outdoor seating. actual food selections we have ordered in the past have been ok but absolutely nothing like the real deal of new Orleans. more of a hand-out spot that serves food.

We loved the atmosphere. It was a great meal, we had the blackened fish sandwich and pasta. The waiters were friendly and entertaining. Gainesville is a college town with friendly people .

Their Jambalaya is delicious!! Any food or dessert we have tried is delicious! The ambiance is not fancy but comfortable.. The waitresses are nice, although the hostess wasn't so much. Is always busy but there is no wait at all... Great place for date night or night with friends!

Ran into Harry's really hungry and was greeted, seated & fed in minimal time. Lovely atmosphere, fantastic service and oh-such-yummy food in great portions at the right price! I enjoyed a shrimp po'boy (large & fresh) with a side of the best cheesey, creamy grits imaginable. Wish I lived nearby!

Stopped in for a late dinner at the recommendation of our hotel across the street. Huge portions to share, great quality, very ample drinks.
