Cheerful and attentive service. Pasta may be a little overdone but sauce was very good. Balsamic dipping was original and very tasty. All in all a very positive dining experience.

I went here with my daughter, sister and mother and had a delightful time. We went for lunch and I had a slice of their pizza with some minestrone soup. My mom had their open face calzone which was served with a generous portion of sauce on the side, and my sister was happy with her sandwich and fries. What... More

Sometimes a restaurant gives a huge discount coupon because they want to show their loyalty to the customer, other times they give it because they need the business. I think the latter int he case of Pomodoro. I signed up and received a $10 off $40 coupon. We ordered the "specials' so we didn't reach the $40 mark. The server... More

Cioppino and fresh pasta enjoyed by my companion and I made for quite a great meal. The Chanti didn't hurt either. Heaters made outside seating a nice option. We will return.

I love this place and I eat here every time I stop in Gainesville, Florida. Their pasta must be homemade because it's very fresh. I order spaghetti every time. The bread is pretty good, too. Most of the time I've received very friendly service. Clean environment and nice decor.

As you walk in the door you know you are in a well run restaurant. The owner is often there greeting, overseeing his staff and lending authenticity with his welcoming Italian accent. The bread is terrific, served with balsamic dipping sauce. The pastas are flavorful and prepared correctly. The desserts look delightful, but the dinner portions are so generous that... More

Stopped by on trip through Gainesville, very close to I-75, exit 390. Wonderful food, from tomato bisque soup with crabmeat to innovative portabella appetizer to seafood and chicken entree. All very tasty, especially with lots of garlic!! No room left for their yummy-looking desserts, unfortunately. We highly recommend, will stop there whenever we are traveling through the area.

Great food, service and presentation. They also have yummy homemade deserts, especially the cannoli's.
