We wanted a place to get good food in a nice atmosphere, and this was perfect. The staff were all courteous and helpful; our waitress was attentive but not in the way. The food was all delicious, and the selections of wine and beer were perfectly matched. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience. We hope to return soon. more

I took my sweetheart there for valentines day and she LOVED IT! The food has the essence of quality and fine ingredients. Would recommend to anyone especially couples. Although we go to other places for variety, Paramount Grill is the favorite restaurant of my wife and me in Gainesville. I've been to Paramount maybe 40 times for either business or non-business dinners, and have been disappointed only once or twice. more

This is the kind of pretentious place you find in college towns. The food is OK but overpriced, Not the professional service or care you would find in a city. A bit of a fad right now but likely will fade more
