Waited an hour and just as the chef was about to start cooking another gentleman comes in the restaurant and the chef insists on having him join the table even though he is protesting that his wife is running late and doesn't want to hold everyone up. The chef made everyone wait another half hour for the wife to arrive.... More

Just cook the food and don't bother with the routine. We sat down and the chef came out and did his little routine which was not very good, dropped several utensils and at one point when I looked disgusted he sprayed water at me, funny huh? Not clean at all and GaryMasterson is right, the restroom is nasty. Was probable... More

Not very clean, one trip to the men's room might have you leaving the restaurant. Understaffed only two chiefs with over eight tables filled so wait time was way too long. I would not return here.

Hubby and I stopped here for dinner tonight. Restaurant pretty empty but we were warmly received. Food was slow in coming but they offered complimentary extras including more saki! Would come again if only for the friendly service.

We were staying across the street at the Sleep Inn and didn't want to drive anywhere, so we walked over to Miraku Japanese Steakhouse. As you first approach the restaurant you go over a coy fish pond on a nice wooden bridge. The pond is elaborate, filled with fish of all sizes and is part of a larger deck area... More

Beautiful restaurant, with neat Japanese decor. Sweet coy pond. great hibachi and sushi. Fun chefs, especially Mr. Yummy, the owner of the restaurant.

The food was very good, the hibachi chef was most entertaining! The server brought our drinks, soup and salad right away, but it took a while for the chef to begin cooking the hibachi. We were not in a hurry, so it was fine. The restaurant is very cute but needs some TLC. Overall, a good meal for a good... More

Tucked away discreetly in a cul-de-sac of low-priced motels, Miraku transforms as soon as you walk in the doors to an authentic Japanese steakhouse with all the festive style and fresh food you expect. Well, OK, the young Japanese-American waiters whose principal occupation is studying at the University of Florida were born in the USA, but the chef and hosts... More
