Looked at a menu on Yelp and thought it looked OK but when we arrived it was way beyond our expectations. The menu was far from the chain-restaurant description on Yelp. Lots of original dishes. The owner/chef was on premises and actually played his sax, joining the duo that was playing relaxing background music. Very pleasant experience.

We had dinner there. The restaurant is located in an area with many other restaurant We had the chicken parmersian with a side of ziti. The chicken was cooked just right. We had the chicken Marcella which was also cooked right with a side of pasta. We had the baked muscle with eggplant and stuffed mushrooms. The dinner came with... More

We made our reservation before we left Knoxville and requested a quiet table since we would have traveled 8 hours before our arrival (this was an overnight stop before heading to Tampa). They were more than accommodating giving us a window seat and the Chef, Andy Fass, personally greeted us at our table. We noticed that Andy was very tentative... More

Only warning is don't overeat on bread because it's great. We had ravioli, chicken parmesan, and linguine bolognese. Everything was fantastic. A very quaint location with neat atmosphere and wonderful service!

We got to the restaurant early it wasn’t to full which should have been a red flag but it was early. The staff was friendly, we ordered our cocktails and they came they were good, they brought the bread with butter no olive oil but that’s ok personal preference. We ordered our appetizer of Escarole soup, I went with the... More

My husband and I went here for dinner on our vacation, and had an overall nice time. The food was excellent, and the owner is also the chef which we loved. He came out to greet everyone, was filling water glasses, etc. and was very present which is so unusual and wonderful. The only downside was our waiter. He was... More

The chief cares that your happy with your meal and the restaurant isn't large so it's very intimate for a lovely evening out! Food is fantastic and easy spot for a special night out or to impress a guest coming into town. Must go for first timer's, birthday's, special occasions or just like great meals with divine service by a... More

Excellent local Italian. We like Carrabas, but this is much better and the chef is local, uses all local seafood and vegetables. He also plays the saxaphone for you on your birthday.

Really good Italian. The waitstaff is fantastic. Chef Andy seems to take a personal interest in your dining experience. I have been here for dinner for a night out, business dinners and lunches. Decent wine list. Wine is well priced and good options across the spectrum. The environment is intimate, and the staff makes you feel they are happy that... More

We had one of the best (if not THE best) dinner we have ever had! The grouper was to die 4! Have eaten at this establishment twice. The chef is extremely talented. Was pleased to have him check on us near closing time. Truly a memorable, mouthwatering experience.
