Very nice, try it I believe you'll like it.

My daughter had the Caribbean Chicken & Rice - Arroz con Polo and I had the Cocido Español (spanish stew), they were delicious! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the nice breeze, I would definitely go back when I visit Gainesville again.

We went to dinner Saturday night in a group of five to celebrate a birthday. Suffice to say I have been dreaming about my meal ever since and can't wait to go back! I absolutely LOVE the pollo islena and the churrasco.

I plan on going back to Emilio's until I have tried everything on their menu. When I read it I want to try so many things. Then, I pick something, and it's so good I want to come back to try something else. And I have been there half a dozen times.

My wife and I were visiting our daughter at UF and stopped by Emiliano's for Saturday brunch. My wife had the Chorizo Breakfast Burro which was a burrito packed with delicious eggs, cheese and sausage. My daughter enjoyed the Cuban sandwich, which was full of flavor. I had the Caribbean Chicken and Rice. It was a generous portion of chicken... More

Enjoyed dinner with here with friends on a recent weekend in Gainesville. I had eaten here before and only had tapas and drinks in the bar and another time outside on the patio. This time we ate in the dining room and had dinner entrees with wine. The service was professional and attentive but not overbearing. The food came out... More

We ended up in Emiliano's on our drive to Miami on a Monday and this was one of the few places we found open. Though our expectations were low, the food was quite good. Service was prompt, portions were well sized and in general we had a good experience.

My husband and I have a meeting downtown once a month and love to drop in on Wednesday nights for a tapas dinner. They have a great selection from which to choose. Also, Latin American and Spanish bottles of wine are half off (Monday nights as well) and there is good choice. Don't forget their desserts! Another plus on Wednesday... More

My family went off in search of an early dinner downtown and after discovering that several of our potential options did not open until 5 PM, we settled on Emiliano's. We were given the lunch menu despite being seated after 4:30 PM and it had limited options. After a promising start of chips and two delicious salsa options, we were... More

An interesting amalgamation of carribean and latin inspired menu selections. Flavorful and tasty, but not very good or excellent. Excellent service however and very willing to adapt to the needs of families with children.

Has been serving Latino for more than 25 years. Menu changes from noon to evening meal. Has Cuban, Port Rican and Caribbean and Central American dishes. Very popular in a University town. Specials change daily. I enjoy the black beans, rice, Cuban sandwich; with Flan. Can be very busy in the lunch hour and on football weekends.
