Awesome Grouper!

The grouper was sauteed in tequila, very good and nice portion. Quick service, nice band and cool outdoor seating area.

Food was "ok;" the restaurant could have been more clean; and the service didn't make up for the shortcomings. I really was hoping for so much more. Not someplace I will make a point of going back to nor would I recommend it.

We made reservations ahead of time. The waitress was very friendly and the service was good. The best part of our visit was the food. Everyone in our party really enjoyed their meal. We will certainly return.

We went to dinner Saturday night in a group of five to celebrate a birthday. Suffice to say I have been dreaming about my meal ever since and can't wait to go back! I absolutely LOVE the pollo islena and the churrasco.

I plan on going back to Emilio's until I have tried everything on their menu. When I read it I want to try so many things. Then, I pick something, and it's so good I want to come back to try something else. And I have been there half a dozen times.

My wife and I were visiting our daughter at UF and stopped by Emiliano's for Saturday brunch. My wife had the Chorizo Breakfast Burro which was a burrito packed with delicious eggs, cheese and sausage. My daughter enjoyed the Cuban sandwich, which was full of flavor. I had the Caribbean Chicken and Rice. It was a generous portion of chicken... More

My daughter had the Caribbean Chicken & Rice - Arroz con Polo and I had the Cocido Español (spanish stew), they were delicious! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the nice breeze, I would definitely go back when I visit Gainesville again.

Enjoyed dinner with here with friends on a recent weekend in Gainesville. I had eaten here before and only had tapas and drinks in the bar and another time outside on the patio. This time we ate in the dining room and had dinner entrees with wine. The service was professional and attentive but not overbearing. The food came out... More

We ended up in Emiliano's on our drive to Miami on a Monday and this was one of the few places we found open. Though our expectations were low, the food was quite good. Service was prompt, portions were well sized and in general we had a good experience.
